I hope Hitlery does run in 2004, killing off her presidential ambitions once and for all. Ridding the nation of the scourge of Hillary will be W's greatest contribution to American history.

Now, how can this be? She promised the people of New York that she would never, repeat, NEVER skip out on her 6-years as Congress critter!

She has an even larger problem right now by the name of Howard Dean who is picking up steam in the DemocRAT base. He is getting contributions, a lot of support and IMO, Dean is not going to step aside for the evil one. He has already taken on McAuliffe and told him to step aside.

Just think the DemocRATs themselves are going to tell the Clintons to stay out of 2004! I could be really wrong and she will come in at the last minute and run, but IMO it will split the DemocRATs which is fine with me. If she enters at the last minute, it is going to get really nasty which is good for our side.

If Republicans have the dirt on Hillary, imagine what Dean will do with what he gets his hands on all the dirt about the evil one! This could get really interesting! What happens if she loses in the primary? That would make my day!

Keep your eyes on California. If Gray Davis has any chance of hanging on, you can be certain that Hillary will be there, and will use her success in "saving" him as a springboard to (officially) launch her campaign. I am sure she would love to wait until just before the January contests, but the filing deadline for the New Hampshire primary is November 21, and this has to be done by the book. (Especially if you plan to reference a "stolen" 2000 election, an "illegitimate" impeachement, a "right-wing" recall effort - or if you have ever been accused of improprieties in the past.)

FYI

It is a decision that has to be made earlier rather than later because of November and December filing deadlines for the early primary elections that will almost certainly (and very quickly) identify the 2004 Democratic nominee.

She will never run in a primary, first of all because she would be afraid of losing, and secondly because then she would have to campaign for too long.

No, her plan will be to engineer a deadlocked convention, with the help of her stalking horses, Dean and perhaps Wesley Clark, and then have the convention turn to her in desperation and nominate her by acclamation when the aforementioned candidates release their delegates to give her the prize.

At that point she only has to run a two month or so campaign while the "mainstream" media and the Hollywood crowd fawn over her, while she dodges debates and fabricates some scandal to flummox the Pubbies.

Then she gets elected, with Dean or Clark as VP, by cranking up the veteran Democrat voter fraud machine and voila!, Her Heinous is in, and we will be wailing and gnashing our teeth.

This is my recurring nightmare......pray that I am wrong....wake me up from this nightmare please!

I wonder if she will ask Clark to be her running mate.

This is exactly why Wesley Clark is being talked up as a Presidential candidate. Not to be President (at least not now) but to be Hillarys running mate. Think about it. He was #1 in his class at West Point and was a Rhodes scholar. He is from Arkansas (thus a southerner). A retired 4 star general and former head of NATA. Close friend of the Clintons. On paper he is everything Hillary and the Dems are not. To the Dems he would be a perfect VP for Hillary because he is strong where she is weak. If Hillary does not run in 04 and Dean gets the nomination then Clark would be perfect for VP for all the same reasons. The Dems are perceived by the general public as weak on defense. Thus having a retired general as a VP would be a perfect balance to the ticket particulary to liberals like Dean or Hillary. Plus if Dean is the nominee the Clintons would have one of their own as the VP and thus would still have a voice in things. It is so obvious that I cannot believe I did not think about it before.

At the rate her hips are expanding, she'll need a double-wide trailer to haul her along the campaign trail and a come-along to pry her out of debate chairs. I'll watch that.
