Inmate sues over removal of video game console

A sex offender has filed a lawsuit seeking to keep officials from confiscating his video game console. The complaint alleges that officials approved the console's purchase in June 2002. Arthur Dale Senty-Haugen spent more than $1,000 on the console and games such as Mall Tycoon,Crazy Taxi and Grand Theft Auto, according to court documents.

Their concern over the convicts ability to connect to the internet indicates
he has access to a cable or phone line connection.
Remove them too.
Explain to him that each time he whines one or more of his luxuries will be gone.
