Suggestion: Get a good writer's handbook that teaches everything one needs to know about grammar. Learn it forward, backward and inside out. You might want to brush up on these words as well:
nickle
easle
cirriculum
vetrans
christmas
I'll get off my soapbox now.

"That's right. The goal isn't Harvard, it's Heaven". Amen to that! I completely agree. "Family" is our curriculum...and getting to heaven all together, by the grace of God.

Hi MasonGal,
I was doing some homeschooling research and ran across your post. We are considering homeschooling our three children. My sons are four right now and my daughter is two, so we have some research time. I am very interested in using Seton. Once you buy the curriculum, is it very expensive beyond that? Money is an issue and I worry that I will spend lots of money if we decide to go with homeschooling.
Also, I am concerned that I won't be "good enough" to do this, or patient enough. I love my kids and love spending time with them, but I do enjoy breaks every now and then. How do you handle having some time for yourself when you are homeschooling? I am totally worried about screwing them up!
Thanks for any advice you can give.
