I am of the suspicion we have no ideas of what we are doing over there. It's hard to see that the torturing of women represents an attitude of betterment of the country. Taylor may have been the only one over there interested and capable of controling these madmen. It's a thankless job. In expelling him we may be condemning that part of Africa to hell. Given the religion of the thug leader, it might be an Islamic hell.
