She said these sores are inside his ears and at the bottom of his feet. The GOOD news is his face appears to be better than yesterday...
From the bottom of everyone's hearts...thanks for the prayers.
Oh my goodness. What is going on?? Allergy??
Logan, Auntie feather wants you to drink lots of water.
Prayers for our little man.
Thanks for the ping, Grammy.
Doesn't he look happy?
That's our Logan.
BTTT
Judging from the pictures, this nasty stuff hasn't affected Logan's good spirits. He's a fighter!
Prayers continue....
EM is relatively common problem for a dermatologist. Half the cases are in young people (under 20). It rare both under the age of 3 and over the age of 50. Males are slightly more affected than females and there is no racial predilection. One third of EM sufferers will have a recurrence of the disease. Seasonal epidemics are common.

BG, it hasn't progressed into Stevens Johnson Syndrome, has it? If I understand what I have read correctly, we should be praying very specifically for no complications and no progression to SJS.
Oh my goodness, that is disturbing. I am glad though that he looks in good spirits...still likes the camera. What a brave little boy he is...
Continued prayers up, Logan....you do as your Mommy and the doctors tell you to do, buddy!!!
Prayers up
sleuth
That looks awful, BG.
Poor little guy.
Still praying.
Oh, my goodness!
Praying for a quick recovery for our little Logan!
I have had that exact same problem with regard to Aleeve; I had to be admitted to the hospital twice before the doctors figured out what it was.
Note: each progress "attack" is worse than the one before.
In my case, when I would show up in the ER, they would give me a Benadryl and Tagamet IV, which would make the welts go away; unfortunately, they did not realize that I was also allergic to Benadryl (I have to take Vistoril) and the welts would disappear, only to return within hours.
I am telling you this: this is VERY painful. It is so bad, that if you cry, that leaves welts on your face.
Bless his heart.
BG, thanks for posting those pictures. He's such a precious little guy. Prayers will continue for him to be totally healed, and soon!!
I've seen that myself -- on me and then on my youngest daughter when she was about 15 months old. We are both very allergic to Augmentin and Amoxicillin.
Continuing prayer bump...

Many, many prayers for the little guy!
Prayers for a speedy recovery!
Gosh, those photos are sure hard to look at. Good idea for his nana to have them posted though so others might be able to recognize symptoms in their own children. We lit a candle and prayed for him this morning in church as I promised we would.
Looking at Logan's face though...he seems happy. He has been through so much. Just hope he understands that everything that is being done is being doen for him. I think after all he has been through in his young life that somehow or another he DOES realize it. Thank you for the photos and keep us updated. We all care about "our boy."
What happened? Was he on an oral med? This is an education for everyone; doctors should always tell parents that if a child develops a rash when taking an antibiotic, call the doctor immediately.
My son looked like that twice when he was little. We never did know what caused it but the Dr. was very concerned.
