If you will, please remember this tiny baby in your prayers. Hes the grandson of a very dear friend of mine. Logan was born on July 25. His due date was in October, making his mommy 26 weeks along, being born 3 months and 3 days early.
Logan was 1 lb 9.4 oz when he was born and is now weighing, as of this morning, 1 lb. 8.3 oz. The little guy is now 12-1/2 long.
Hes a real trooper and is fighting with all his little body can fight with. His Grandma said that hes starting to recognize his mommy when she comes in the room and hears her voice. She said he tries so hard to open his eyes, and starts kicking his feet.
I asked my friend if there were any specific prayers, other than the obvious and this is her reply A prayer of thanks for the miracle called "Logan.
On a personal note, Ive read the emails daily from my friend. Ive known her for years, Ive heard her talking about her family for years but Ive got to tell you that Im SO impressed with how her children have all banded together in support. What an incredibly wonderful and loving family.
Father God, we lift up Logans little body to you. We pray that you can strengthen him hourly, daily, weekly, until hes grown enough to go home with his precious family. We ask for guidance for the doctors and nurses who are caring for him. We ask for strength for his parents and extended family. Thank you so much for the gift of life. In Jesus Name, Amen
Fellow Freepers .I bring you Logan!!!
Oh MY!! I just read this. I'm hoping there are more posts with good news further down. Prayers for Logan.
My son looked like that twice when he was little. We never did know what caused it but the Dr. was very concerned.
Prayers for little Logan. May he get well soon with God's help.
Prayer bump
Prayers for that dear little boy.
I take so much for granted and he and his family have been through so much.
Poor little Termite!
He seems to be bearing up well. I sure hope this passes quickly. Give him lots of water. If he won't drink water, give him ice pops..... and a hug and kisses from Auntie Stanz.
That's a question I didn't even think to ask, DL...when Nana can, she'll be online.
So far, he's doing as well as he can be....I'm just claiming his health in our Lord's Name, as so many of these wonderful prayer warriors have been.
ICE POPS!!
Nana...
You and I know that little boy has a strong spirit, and God has great plans for him on this earth.

Thanks you two...and yes, DL...we do know he has a strong spirit.
Simcha7 reminded me last night that this boy HAS seen the face of God. She firmly believes it...
Just sent a prayer for Logan and the family.
I pray for little Logan's healing. It looks terrible..May God also comfort and strengthen all who love him.
Texas Cowboy was not Logan's grandpa, or any other blood relation. Just a man with a big heart who became the little guy's "Uncle TC" at his time of need.
Logan, aka FReeper Texas Termite, is TC's "little punkin". TC is now watching over TT from the right hand of the Father. TT went to California to visit TC when TC went there to be with his daughter during the illness which took him from us.
I'm sure TC is using his considerable pull with the Creator on behalf of his "punkin".
No, but she can crawl anywhere she wants to go, and then pull herself up on something once she gets there. She was sick earlier in the week, lost about a pound, about 7% of her body weight. But she's doing better now.
Just came back to check on Logan's new setback, which I was clued to by LadyX over on The Finest.
No news is good news one more BTTT for prayers and THANK YOU ALL for the prayers....
This is the Angel that is watching over Logan.
Logan is a Texan, he gets a Texas Cowboy Angel. One that loves him very much, and was loved by him.
Gosh oh gee, little Logan! Your buddy here, Oliver, has so many (less acute) allergies that make all sorts of spots n' dots on him, but yours definitely win! We will be PRAYING for it all to STOP and for you to be beautiful and healthy the way you were before. Praying hard here for you, Sweet Sugar Beet.
Oh my! And look how he is bravely smiling in those photos. Poor little thing. I didn't know an allergic reaction could be this bad.
Now that's our Termite. See the twinkle?
It's enough to make a grown man cry. Excuse me while I do so. ;)
