DEMOCRAT SPOKESMAN WARNS OF 'REAL BULLETS' AGAINST ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER
**Exclusive Details**
California Democratic Party Spokesman Bob Mulholland this weekend warned Arnold Schwarzenegger that "real bullets" will be coming his way during his campaign to be governor!
"Schwarzenegger is going to find out, that unlike a Hollywood movie set, the bullets coming at him in this campaign are going to be real bullets and he is going to have to respond to them," warned Mulholland in an interview with a camera crew from ABC NEWS.
MORE
"[Wife] Maria [Shriver] has been very concerned about Arnold's safety, her family has a history with assassination, you know," a source with direct ties to the movie star told the DRUDGE REPORT from Los Angeles.
"Mr. Mulholland and his talk of 'real bullets' with Arnold's name on them is reckless and not acceptable political discourse. He should be fired immediately, if the Democrats have any conscience."
The stunning threat from Mulholland, who rose to fame in 1992 after exposing how Republican Senate candidate Bruce Herschensohn visted a strip joint in Hollywood, comes as the historic recall election moves in to high gear -- and Schwarzenegger takes the lead in the polls.
Mullholland could not be reached for comment Sunday night.

I don't know about our party. I prefer to register Independent. But have registered Republican for decades as it was one small way to lend support statistically to a side that had SOME hope of giving the democruds some real, practical, functional competition.
I hated the whole Perot fiasco. Don't want ANY repeat of that.
I suspect far too many Republicans are in the employ or under the life/death threat of the puppet masters toward global tyranny, too. But there's just not a lot of options at this point in our rush to self-destruction.
I suspect Arnold will end up helping the party quite a lot. If he can energize some away from politics as usual and if he can motivate some to be more active toward conservatism in any respects--even just more active as Republicans period--and if he can cause people to even conceptualize AWAY FROM POLITICS AS USUAL--then he will have served a priceless service.
Far too many Republican politicians nationally and certainly in California are in bed with as many evil forces from personal greed to power mongering as much as the demoncruds are. I have scant respect for a long list of them. I shook Pete Wilson's hand once as he toured my PhD school in San Diego. He struck me as a shorty, arrogant banty rooster stuck on himself and playing the power game for all it was worth.
Not exactly that far from a democrud in values.

Bob Mulholland has been a staple of California Democrat politics for at least the 18 years that I've lived here. He is not a recent phenomenon.
He has a "00" license to kill for the Democrats.

The purists WILL probably sit out the recall/election if McClintock and Simon bow out. I can think of four or five of them right here on FR!

One word answer to your question: NO!

Isn't this the party of gun conrol? It still is. They'll just throw the bullets at him.
It's amusing to see them getting a taste of their own medicine. Make a harmless remark and some liberal whacko blows it all out of proportion.

now I'm confused... was this an assassination threat (in which case, the Dim thinks that one can "address" bullets) or was this rhetoric (in which case, the Dim doesn't understand that rhetorical bullets are no more real than special-effects bullets on film) either way, one must conclude one thing: the Dim in question is an Ass. He was just trying to be clever. The more I read the posts here, the more I realized some people actually thought this was a real threat. And I thought only liberals were silly enough to buy that.

Imagine if Charlton Heston had said this about Al Sharpton.
The rabid leftwing media would go nuts. Of course, Bobby will get a pass from his commrades.

Heard an Issa sound bite this morning supportive of Arnold Schwarzenegger.
Will Che Bustamove get Wellstoned to make way for Loretta Illegal Vote Sanchez?
And while I'm at it, Bob Mulholland, say hello to my little friend:
