Since you're so positive about it, how about linking the article that described him stepping in front of the door, putting his arm up to block the door, and grabbing her arm, keeping her from leaving the room.

This was part of the arrest from the beginning--the false imprisonment charge that the DA decided not to file, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out she was saying he wouldn't let her leave. In fact, that has been reported openly as part of the bellhop story all week.
