I haven't been able to watch much tv today, but I heard the breathless reports on this topic as if it were "new news", when it really isn't.
This was part of the arrest from the beginning--the false imprisonment charge that the DA decided not to file, and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out she was saying he wouldn't let her leave. In fact, that has been reported openly as part of the bellhop story all week.
I didn't claim to be positive of what actually happened, just what she CLAIMS happened. There is a huge difference
