[history]
The prosecutor in the Kobe Bryant rape case says he has slam-dunk evidence to prove the NBA superstar's guilt, it was revealed on the eve of the hoopster's first court appearance today. Eagle County District Attorney Mark Hurlbert made that strong claim in court papers arguing against making public the police affidavit written to justify Bryant's arrest early last month.

Rita Cosby is at the Eagle Courthouse and showed a car driven by 'friends' of the victim with KOBE IS INNOCENT written all over it.
Being a cheerleader doesn't mean everyone loves you. There is a lot of petty jealous among high school kids and those who couldn't fit in the 'in' crowd. How much do you want to bet that the five 'party boys' weren't in the victim's cheerleader crowd?

"There is a very nasty message being sent out here....you better not have ANY problems or ANY past or ANY quirks that are part of growing up."
I agree with you but I have a problem with women who cry rape when they were never raped. Just look at Tawana Brawley and her story. This girl ruined alot of lives because people were to quick to believe everything she was saying.

Too true-When I was in school, cheerleaders were often trashed by other kids.

Quite true- I was referring to the consensual part of the encounter. We don't know what she consented too-if anything. Can't trust media reports.

Those people, if they dont get the "I can't really recall disease", would be the easiest "witnesses" to shoot down. I don't know the age of the guy who threw the party, but the accuser who is alleged to be there was 19. I assume many people were her same age. I also assume this was a party where alcohol was available and consumed. So, we have possible underage host with an open house party, allowing minors access to alcohol. Then, these five, who may have been intoxicated or wasted, showing little class or decency, enquire about the genatilia of a man who the female claims raped her. Yep, stand-up guys I tell you.

That was pretty much a quiet rumor from about day one after he was charged. Even at that time, before all these other stories came out, the rumor was that a bodyguard would testify that she consented to either vaginal intercourse or oral, and then had anal forced upon her.I don't know about the anal stuff and don't care to discuss it at this moment because that was just another anonymous report from a foreign country and it's too personal to the alleged victim to speculate about (as is this vaginal stuff, it's disrespectful when we are in speculation mode). I just think it would be huge if the statements we see today may mean there is a bodyguard that has a conscience and will testify.

Delightful examples of young ladyhood.
Talk about looking for attention.

I want to know what those 911 calls from HIS house were...
He wasn't home the first time. A woman was ill. The same sort of situation happend prompting the second call.
It was nothing criminal, so I don't see how it relates to the case.

All I got to say is a couple of GAY (look at the windshield) girls that don't like cheerleaders... lol... Their 5 minutes of fame...
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
Ah, Teens. That rear window should read we're on tv, instead of that Kobe drivel. 15 seconds of fame for the girl with the black car.
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
I was wrong. Looks like the owners of the car are girls. Even worse. Probably jealous(and the one on the left probably wasn't a cheerleader).
Personally, I find it quite ignorant for people to proclaim such stuff - especially pubically. One would assume they were present at the hotel room, but they obviously were not, so they look like "cheerleaders" proclaimng on their car that "Kobe is innocent". Its also obvious they are Laker fans.
To: Hillary's Lovely Legs
What's with the hair? My teen wouldn't be caught dead looking like that....meow, meow. Setting up case that cat posted in case anyone calls me on an admittedly mean spirited post. LOL
