Good morning (((Dansy))) Interesting story about the mysterious light.
Do you and .45Man plan to visit a different lighthouse this year?
To: dansangel
Neat story. Thanks for sharing it!

How ironic! My best friend and I went on a photo raod trip along the shores of Lake Michigan this Sunday, and we got three lighthouses!
This is the White River Lighthouse/Museum at Mears.
This is the Little Sable Lighthouse not too far from the White River one. This lighthouse sits right on the Lake Michigan shore.
And this is the Ludington North Pierhead Lighthouse as the storms roll in!

~ ~ Good Morning, Finest Room Persons ~ ~ What a beautiful presentation you've made of this tender story, dansy!
Demontrates there are often His reminders around us,
showing our need for The Light - -
John 8:12
Then spake Jesus again unto them, saying,
I am the light of the world:
he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness,
but shall have the light of life.
Many are these examples illustrating loving connections with those who precede usto the Kingdom, giving us encouragement and hope, and keeping us on the right path toward it - - -

There is still time to wish everyone a very good morning and to warn all newly married husbands not to get a room at a lighthouse on the honeymoon. You can never corner the bride in one of those places.

Dansy, what a beautiful story this is, and your presentations of the topics you choose are always
perfect! I wonder how long this mysterious light will continue to shine every night - until George's beloved wife is gone, too?

,,, a lighthouse thread! This has to be the height of romance. Back in 1997 I read a book called "Women who kept the light". It detailed the history of many US lake and coastal lighthouses and was a tribute to women who maintained lights thru very tough conditions, often after losing their husbands as they went for supplies.
Many of those women lived to very old ages, despite the challenges and tough routines they endured. If lighthouses are your sort of deal, that book is a must.
Hope all is well Dansy and that you're enjoying summer.

I am off to do some baby shopping for my niece who is having her first baby in November. The doctor is 90% sure it is a girl. Yippee!! I get to buy PINK things for a change!!! As wonderful as they are, there are WAY too many boys in our family. LOL.
Sistah hugs all around!
