Rita Cosby is reporting that Aiman Al Zawahiri has threatened the US. He apparently thinks we are mistreating the people at Gitmo.

Something about evidence being in the hotel room and on the accuser. The girls did not state it, Rita asked them three different times, they did not want to respond to her questions. After the 3rd time one or more finally grunted something, but Rita putting words in the young ladies mouths emphatically reported that the young women had stated this.

Are you forgetting one infamous Al. Hint, hint....he was supposed to be in a great, big white house Ah, but he is in a big white house. Remember the 3 million dollar mansion that humble man of the people bought in the Belle Meade suburb of Nashville, one of the 10 wealthiest communities in the United States? It's white, with a big porch and columns.
I understand the house is undergoing extensive remodelling, and I really wish they would call me to do the tile and marble work so I could dig out my VERY SPECIAL price list. :-)

Saw that chunky little chipmunk thing jump out of an airplane tonight. Bet she had a double parachute.

She probably spread that lie just like she spreads all that extra butter on her bread! That's what makes Rita hugh!
Actually, I like 'em a little plump, why if I could see her I'd ask her to pull up a sofa and have a seat.

Wow, I guess this means that if we treat the dudes at Gitmo good and do not hold military tribunals that will condemn their sorry asses to death, then the terrorism war is over! Yippee!!! All's clear!!!!! They will never target the U.S. again!

" We've got Al-Queda guys sending out new threats saying they are going to kill us, and what does Foxnews quickly change to? Kobe Friggin Bryant!!!" Aren't you being a bit unfair? After all, they have been airing an interview with Laci Peterson's ex-boyfriend , not to mention J-Lo's bomb of a movie. I mean, this is hughly series stuff.

I'd be happy to make them some of my wonderful spaghetti sauce for a nice dinner. The trick is to brown 2 country style pork ribs and then let them finish cooking in the sauce for 5 hours minimum 8 hours recommended 10 hours optimum.
Any more than 10 hours and the sauce is overcooked.
They wouldn't even know it was in there until I told them.

Al-Qaeda number two Ayman al-Zawahiri is believed to be under arrest in Iran. Tehran said it is "completing the files" on the al-Qaeda members it is holding before deciding on their fate.(Al-Jazeera/File)

I think that Ol' Dog made her a little moist....
The problem was that her sources whisper when they pass along their double secret important info. Rita misunderstood and thought Dog was a booty hunter...
To: ConservativeMan55
for an instant, I thought you meant rita herself was the source of the threat. :)

Al-Zawahiri rants and raves, apparently referencing current events.
Now forgive my skepticism of the ayatollahs' good will, but this is now the SECOND time that an al-Qaeda leader who has been "detained" in Iran (al-Zawahiri has been included in the same list that gets repeated from "anonymous" sources on a regular basis every time the issue comes up) has been able to get an audiotape out to an Arab news station from which to rally the troops.
The first time one of the "detained" al-Qaeda leaders ranted was Suleiman Abu Ghaith a few weeks back, as I noted in one of DoctorZIn's threads. Now even if we assume that he is able to get a message without VEVAK's knowledge (which I imagine would be somewhat hard, as he's supposedly in the jug), one might possibly buy this kind of a slip-up happening once, but twice ...?
This game by the ayatollahs is rapidly wearing rather thin. Don't tell me, they're "holding" them at that damned hunting lodge out in Kerman Province, under the protection of the IRGC ...

I have read all this thread as of midnight.
I like Rita and respect her work. She has good sources and does her job as an investigative reporter quite well vs the "read from the monitor" babes on Fox News.
But, whether you agree with me or not on the above mentioned, there remains the matter of rudeness from Freepers.
I like Fox News, but I sometimes wonder why all the moist lipsticked mouths, cleavage and short skirts (even if celluite is showing) that must be the strict dress code for their women employees.
And then you start in on her weight as if she is not credible because she does not look like the rest of the hired help.
Sorry, but I think yall should be ashamed of yourselves.
PS...and no, I do not want to hear how much you dislike her because she stood on the steps of the Supreme Court waiting for the decision, reading it quickly. and making the same mistakes as other reporters.

Cool!
Two of my favorite FReeepers on the same thread!
