HIV High Among Homosexuals

Summary: MSNBC reported on July 28, 2003 that HIV among homosexual and bisexual males has risen for the third consecutive year here in the U.S.

Homosexuals and bisexual males are continuing to infect each other at increasing rates, according to an MSNBC report published on July 28, 2003.

The report cites Centers for Disease Control (CDC) statistics indicating that AIDS diagnoses had risen 2.2% percent to 42,136 last year. An estimated 850,000 to 950,000 Americans have AIDS and it killed 16,371 last year.

HIV infections surged 7.1% last year among men who have sex with men. Infections have risen 17.7% since 1999.

Since we have this class of humans called males and this class of humans called females, and they get together to make little humans in sufficint numbers to keep the race going, I think it is a reasonable assumptions that at least some people are born heterosexual.

I just completed a book I decided to read after finishing another book...."BIAS" by Bernie Goldberg. THAT book opened my eyes to the possibility that the AIDS "crisis" is a media manufactured hoax...in the heterosexual community. I subsequently purchased this book by Michael Fumento: "The Myth of Heterosexual AIDS." I had to buy it off of amazon.com because the hate filled homosexual lobby and the bookstore industry (BIG and small chains as well as individual stores) had so effectively blacklisted the book.

I took what I read in the Fumento and Goldberg books and balanced it against what I learned when I was sent to become a AIDS educator by Miami-Dade County Schools a few years ago. I deliberately never completed the course requirements, because I refuse to push the liberal agenda; but it was a good way out of my horrible class those days, and it was paid temporary duty...my monsters were really wearing on me at that point...I needed the break!

Anyway, I discovered that unless you're having anal sex of any sort with a gay male or especially a gay male that is also an IV drug user....you're pretty safe from AIDS. IV drug use is almost a guarantee of getting the virus. A lot of those guys are also male prostitutes.

Remember when the "epidemic" first broke in 1980? Oprah went on her show and declared that by the end of 1985 one in TWENTY people would be infected with the AIDS virus. ONE IN TWENTY!!! It just hasn't materialized. The disease is simply not leapfrogging through the heterosexual community...but the media and their allies in the homosexual lobby have everybody so fooled that whenever a "new" outbreak is announced....it's all just taken for granted to be factual. Why would anybody DO such a horrible thing? READ the Goldberg book. The gist is that AIDS became the great societal leveler and brought forth BILLIONS of $$$$ to the gay lobbies and gay medical programs. This would never have happened if Mr and Mrs America hadn't been made to be deathly afraid that of the specter of doom was crawling down main street USA in small town America, in the direction of their own families. Sure, AIDS is in every city....in the gay and bisexual communities....and wherever anybody shares a needle with one of these groups, or has sex with them.

And to be sure, there are other horrible STD's out there for hetero's to worry about.....but not AIDS if you stick to the profile requirements.

Exactly. The real myth of hetrosexual aids is that most of them are drug users. In Sodom Francisco it can be observed that many of the homeless drug addicts are anally incontenent. They literally walk around with sh*t running down the insides of their pants legs. Can't afford diapers I guess. The best way to finance a $1000/week drug habit in SF is getting their back door reamed by homos. At least that's what long time city residents told me when I worked there.

Very good point. Fear, used as leverage to move people and money in directions they might not otherwise go. History is probably full of such examples and the future will no doubt be the same. Looks like someone is exploiting a social 'Achilles' heel. Shame on them and shame on us for falling for it.

Our reaction to these 'scares' are no different from Japanese crowds fleeing a rubber Godzilla in downtown Tokyo as he crushes model buildings (porbably left-over architectual renderings).

Myself, I'm tired of running from the Drug Godzilla, the Assault Weapon Godzilla, the Unaffordable Prescriptions Godzilla, and the rest. Who Cares? Then I guess you don't care that these people will become incapable of working and will have enormous medical bills to pay which will end up being taken out of YOUR paycheck. Would you feel comfortable that an AIDS infected restaurant worker is either cooking, handling, and breathing on your food. Remember AIDS patients don't die of AIDS, they die of the diseases that ravage their bodies because their immune system can no longer fight the HIV. They come down with multiple diseases. You are incorrect that anal intercourse is the only way to get HIV. All you have to do is have sex with a bi-sexual man who is infected with the HIV, or if you're a male, have sex with a female who had sex with an HIV infected bi-sexual. Semen is one of the medium that the HIV can survive in. If anal sex is the only way to spread HIV, then are you saying that Africans in Africa all have anal sex with their female partners since AIDS is rampant in Africa and dessimating the Sub-Saharan Countries Adult and Infant population due to AIDS.

I have little interest in their death throes... just want the perversion named for what it is, and the stigma to be re-attached! And the stated costs includes the subsidy from the federal g'umt! The most absurd thing I have seen on these pages lately is the actual consideration of elevating a homosexual priest in the Episcopal Church to become a Bishop. Do these people not think of it as living in an openly sinful lifestyle? Would it be OK with them to ordain a polygamist?
I was raised Episcopal. My dad is an Episcopal Priest, and grandfather was the Bishop' secretary back in the 30's and 40's in NC.

You're not quite on the mark as far as my comments and do bear with me here...I'm sleep medicated and it's startin' to hit sooner 'cause doc upped the dosage, Whhhheeeee!

Having unprotected anal sex with an IV Drug user is like "direct deposit" into your body for the virus. Odds are excellent you'll get the little buggerer. I was taught at Jackson Memorial Teaching Hospital last year that other portals of entry can be the gums after a good floss or a good fight...anyplace there is blood flow, but the odds dramatically diminish, once you mix in stomach acids and saliva, both of which seem to give the virus a bad time of it. But, hey, just had surgery on your gums, want to impress that cute doctor, haul him on over for a little midnight checkup......don't you know....That's another portal of entry, just not one thats very reliable. Only about a 1 in 400 chance of transmission.

In different countries, the AIDS virus has mutated into an airborne antigen so you can catch it like a common cold...but mostly it's still unprotected sex of the anal sort. IV Drug users just tend to make sure the virus is present in large enough amounts to kill and spread quickly.
