Explosion Destroys a Russian Military Hospital Near Chechnya; Reports Say at Least 10 Killed

ROSTOV-ON-DON, Russia Aug. 1 —
An explosion destroyed a Russian military hospital near Chechnya, an emergency official said. Russian news agencies sad there were casualties in blast.
The car-bomb blast destroyed a hospital in the town of Mozdok in the North Ossetia region, said Boris Dzgoyev, the regional Emergency Situations Minister. He said there were at least 100 people in the hospital at the time of the blast.
The ITAR-Tass news agency reported that preliminary reports indicated that at least 10 people were killed and dozens of others wounded.

Russia has been pleading with the UN for years to help them (Yes, I know there's more to it than that). I wish I knew more but regardless, this and the last big incident at the theatre would be enough for me to sit down with my War Council.
What's the solution??
