Have you tried Hawaiian Pancakes? Light & Fluffy Purple Taro Pancakes Ingredients 1 Cup Flour 1/2 Teaspoon Salt 2 Tablespoons Baking Powder 2 Tablespoons Sugar 2 Tablespoons Hawaiian Taro Powder 1 ¼ Cup Buttermilk, Regular Milk, or Soy Milk 1 Egg or Egg Replacement Equivalent 2 Tablespoon Melted Butter, Margarine, or Soy Butter Optional: 1 Mashed Soft Banana
Cooking Instructions 1. Sift dry ingredients into a medium bowl 2. Heat up your griddle to medium high 3. In another medium bowl mix all other ingredients 4. Quickly blend the wet and dry ingredients, over mixing will lead to tough pancakes. 5. Pour pancake batter onto griddle and cook until golden brown on both sides. 6. Top with pineapple, coconut, guava syrups and even macadamia nuts for an authentic island flavor. |

Not enough rain to measure. *sigh* As far as the new system, if the "fixers of such things" can get Step 1 to run faster than 3 hours (last week it was 1) then they could be on to something. The input process looks like it will be easier than the old. The neat part about that is that the designer of the input form is inhouse and hovering as we complain and asking how to make it better and then FIXING IT RIGHT AWAY! A first in my working life. LOL! That would be a nice change: making something easier! How novel is that? LOL!
