Expose America's Fifth Column
Front Page ^ | David Horowitz

From the Desk of David Horowitz

Dear Fellow American,

A Columbia University professor said he wished our troops would suffer "a million Mogadishus," referring to the 1993 attack on our soldiers in Somalia where 18 Americans were killed and another 84 were wounded.  It was a sick wish for 18 Million dead Americans.

The professor went on to say that U.S. flags were the "emblem of the invading war machine … the emblem of the occupying power.  The only true heroes are those who find ways to defeat the U.S. military."  This sentiment brought cheers from the crowd of 3,000 students and faculty members.

My friend, there is a Fifth Column in America, an enemy within.  It's the so-called "peace movement."  The current "peace movement" is infecting the hearts and minds of millions of young Americans for whom "patriotism" in now a dirty word and "love of country" is equated with nothing less than "fascism"!

Carrying placards of President Bush drawn in likeness to Adolf Hitler, demonstrators chant a hate-filled mantra … "America's imperialist nation." … "America's the root of all evil."

But the jeers are nothing compared to the acts of "civil disobedience" the radicals continue to commit across the nation.  Radicals have targeted America's transportation systems, military bases, government offices, financial centers, and even medical centers!  They do this knowing they are going to draw vital resources away from our Homeland Security network and leave us -- you, your family and me -- in danger!

In San Francisco, protesters deliberately tied up key traffic arteries, choked its financial district, and delayed emergency vehicles whenever possible.  In Albuquerque, protesters tried to block hospitals' emergency room entrances and exits.

On a Washington, D.C., street corner, they blocked an ambulance desperately trying to get through the mob!  In Chicago, protestors rioted, set fires, and attacked police.  Countless "marches" on our military installations have sought to disrupt their vital operations.  These are just a few examples of premeditated sabotage!

"Peace" movement demonstrations -- riots, more often than not -- are expensive and well orchestrated.  Left-wing radicals don't just "come together for peace," as their leaders often say.  I think it's time to expose the Marxist, Maoist organizations who are conspiring and financing these treasonous efforts … efforts designed to draw vital resources away from our Homeland Security network and leave us -- you, your family and me -- in danger!

I know who they are, and now I need your help to expose our enemies' sympathizers!  Help me pull the mask off the "peace movement" and show America precisely who's pulling the strings!

You see, regardless of the outcome of our effort to liberate Iraq, leftist radicals have vowed to "redouble" their attacks on the President, our war on terror, and, ultimately, our way of life.  The Enemy Within is well financed; it's entrenched on our campuses, in Hollywood, and in nearly every other element of our society!  For example:

· The main organizer and financer of the "peace" protests is a group called International A.N.S.W.E.R. -- a front for the Communist World Workers Party with tentacles stretching around the globe.  Its leaders include Ramsey Clark, a former U.S. Attorney General, turned communist.

· The "anti-war" group NION (Not In Our Name), is the brainchild of Maoist Clark Kissinger.  Kissinger, a leader of the Revolutionary Communist Party, and has a close relationship -- by virtue of his hatred of his country -- with the Maoist International Movement (MIM).  MIM has called for the violent overthrow of our government.  NION has become a coalition of far-left professors and Hollywood stars, including Martin Sheen, Sean Penn, Jane Fonda, Michael Moore, Ed Asner and Mike Farrell, who believe celebrities have a sacred duty to stand on their soapbox and attack America!

· United for Peace and Justice (UFPJ) -- still another communist oriented group with deep pockets -- isn't against war, unless it's fought to protect U.S. interests or free oppressed people from a vile dictator.  UFPJ, chaired by Castro groupie Leslie Cagan, who was a member of the American Communist Party until after the fall of the Berlin Wall.

When Americans turn on their nation and put us at risk, it sends a message to groups like Hammas, Al Qaeda, Islamic Jihad, and the others who've sworn to bring our nation to its knees … it's music to the ears of men like Sung, Hussein and Castro … it says to our enemies that they have friends inside our nation -- a fifth column in our government, on our campuses, in our entertainment industry, and in our mainstream media -- who hate our President and are as dedicated as they are to seeing America fall!

Will you help me EXPOSE THE ENEMY WITHIN right now!  Please take these steps with me today:

1. Sign the e-petition to EXPOSE THE ENEMY WITHIN to editors and producers of the nation's largest newspapers, news magazines, and network newsrooms.  It's time for the American media to tell the truth about the "peace movement".  Our mainstream media is hiding the facts about who is behind these "peace" demonstrations … my goal is to send ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, the New York Times and LA Times 250,000 e-petitions from Americans like you demanding our media get out of bed with the "peace" movement's sponsors and expose them for what they are -- radical, communist linked groups dedicated to tearing down our nation!

2. Help me expose the real forces behind the "peace movement" by supporting CSPC's STOP THE ENEMY WITHIN campaign with a contribution of $15, $25, $50, $100, $1,000 or more if possible right now.  In fact, if you will make a contribution of $15 or more today, I will send you my new booklet Who is the Peace Movement? FREE!

Your contribution will go toward our grassroots campaign to pull the shroud away from the "peace" movement.  We've mapped out a strategy that includes newspapers ads, letters and paper petitions to at least ONE MILLION more Americans, radio spots, and, if possible, television ads.

The threat by our enemies abroad is real.  We will confront them and we will win.  Of that you can be sure.  In the mean time, however, we must expose the organizers and financers of the "peace" demonstrations that are giving so much aid and comfort to our enemies.  Please sign our e-petition to EXPOSE THE ENEMY WITHIN today.  And please help fund this important campaign with a generous contribution today!  Thank you and God bless America!

Sincerely,

David Horowitz

>>>There are those of us that realized this back when David was a Commie, nothing new.

I can't say that I have ever heard anything about David being a Commie. A Jewish communist? That is funny.

If you have anything to back up that accusation, I would sure love to read about it.

David grew up in the radical left. He is now a huge friend to conservatives. He tells the truth, he is serious and he can eviscerate the left wing better than anyone I have read. He is a patriot.

Beware of painting everyone who opposes goverment action (some, not all actions) as radical brick-hurling road-blocking peaceniks. The article tries to froth up a bad attitude towards protesters because they take valuable resources and focus away from the Homeland Security's job of fighting terrorism.

America is great because we have the right to protest. Of course that does not include hurling bricks and blocking traffic. But, I think there's a media move afoot to try to make a blanket judgment against all people who protest. Beware of that, Freepers, because I know we're activist protesters ourselves. You may soon have people arresting you because you're "distracting the Homeland Security Police" from their real job.

I much agree with the need to expose the enemy within before it breaks out formally in black boots, hammer and sickle etc.

I don't know about futile.

And I'm uncomfortable in the extreme with the puppet masters probable parts in all these things . . .

But Iraq, Iran, Syria, N Korea et al really do need taken care of rather decisively.

David just about admits it in his book 'Radical Son'.

Check Amazon.com. Here is a snip of the 1st listed review of the book from Amazon.
"Radical Son" is one of the most important books written in this decade. The author's parents were life-long Communists and he was a New Leftist/Socialist for the first 40 years of his life.

"A Jewish communist? That is funny."

All sorts of people have been drawn to communism, including many Jews. Ever hear of Julius and Ethel Rosenberg?

"Saddam persisted in gross violation of the terms of cease-fire he signed with us. Accordingly, he forfeited the privilege of continuing in power. We did the same thing to him that should have been done to Hitler when he violated the terms of Versailles by occupying the Rhineland."

SO TRUE! And the League of Nations merely condemned the Japanese invasion of China. I can imagine Hitler must have felt emboldened by that lack of action too.

Why PM Neville Chamberlain never heeded Churchill's warnings about Hitler, I'll never understand. Churchill nailed it when France and England gave Germany the Sudentland in an effort to appease Hitler. Chuchill said something like, "They had to choose between dishonor and war. They chose dishonor; they shall have war.

"Um, Karl Marx anyone?"

Yep. The grandaddy himself.

Here's some more...

Trotsky (Leon Bronstein). Supreme Commander of the Red Army.

Zinoviev (Grigory Apfelbaum). Head of Soviet Secret Police.

Litvinov (Maxim Wallach). Soviet Foreign Minister.

Yuri Andropov. Head of KGB, later head of USSR.

Can't get more communist than these guys.

The best that can be said about Chamberlain is that he was really, really well dressed.

Thanks for the links. However, I was not referring to Marx, that is obvious. I was referring to the posters mention of the author.

Thanks.

Thanks for the information.

Here is a wonderful source of information about Chinese and former Soviet Union foreign aid money and narcotics sales influence in these movements. The information is dated, as the book was published in the 1980's, but it helps to set the historical stage for todays radical left.

Book 1- "War in the Shadows" The Guerilla in History- Robert Asprey
(discusses the influence of Soviet and Chinese foreign aid programs on guerilla movements in the 980's)

America is great because we have the right to protest.
But the fact that protesting--writing critical news articles, and so forth--is actually profitable has engendered an entire Establishment.
journalism,
trial lawyers,
union leaders, and
the official Democratic Party,
exist because of that fact.

America is so great that we are seldom right to protest
. . . protest anything but protestors, that is.
