Judge OKs Suit Against Sen. Clinton
WASHINGTON - A federal judge refused to release Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (news - web sites) from a lawsuit by Gennifer Flowers which accuses the senator of masterminding a campaign to discredit Flowers' claim of an affair with Bill Clinton (news - web sites).
U.S. District Judge Philip Pro dismissed Flowers' defamation claim against Mrs. Clinton, but allowed a conspiracy allegation to proceed. Former presidential aide George Stephanopoulos and campaign strategist James Carville also are being sued.
Judicial Watch, a conservative group representing Flowers, said Wednesday it will seek the senator's testimony in the case.
In 1992, a supermarket tabloid wrote that Bill Clinton and Flowers had an affair while he was Arkansas governor. When the presidential candidate denied it, Flowers held a news conference to play audio tapes she said were of secretly recorded intimate phone calls between them.
Carville, now on CNN's "Crossfire," and Stephanopoulos, now an anchor on ABC's Sunday morning program "This Week," said that Flowers had doctored the tapes. Stephanopoulos repeated that allegation in a book.

Of course Carville and Stephie would both say that Gennifer Flowers doctored the tape. The Clintoons are never wrong, and it's always somebody else who's lying!

And yet, Clinton's evil minions publicly apologized to Mario Cuomo about the Mafioso joke on the tape. This led Christopher Hitchens, covering the Clinton campaign in New Hampshire, to ask Dee Dee Myers at a press briefing why Clinton would be apologizing to Cuomo if he also alleges that the tapes were forged. Hitchens says he got mean stares from the rest of the press corps, indicating this was NOT a proper question to ask their beknighted. That was the beginning of the reawakening of Christopher Hitchens. He knew then that the media fix was in.
And wasn't the "deny, deny, deny" strategy recorded on the tape ring quite true about Clinton's eight years in office?

Actually, Klayman does pretty well in court. He won a big appeal in the 9th Circuit aeveral months ago on an appeal of a dismissal of a defamation case against several defendants, including Hillary and George Steponadic.

I think I need to better monitor my 12-year old daughter's internet usage - she just emailed me, from the other room no less, this link about Hillary:

A federal judge refused to release Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (news - web sites) from a lawsuit... Pinch me but I think it's possible we just might see some justice in our lifetime. Surely "one of the smartest lawyers in the US" knows the penalty for perjury and must testify truthfully.
If she wiggles her way out of it, it's satifying to know it augments her unpaid legal debts.

Whatever the outcome it will be buried. I suspect a "locked" settlement will be the result.

Oh so Judicial Watch is now a conservative group now that they are going after the Clinton's again. When they were going after Bush/Cheney on the energy meetings they were a distinguished government watch dog group. How quickly the mighty fall. When it comes to the Clinton's the press still knows when to spin.

Have you ever noticed that the Clinton's go UP in popularity when they can be viewed as "victims" of the right wing?

Gennifer Flowers, Passion & Betrayal, Emery Dalton, 1995, page 41, Bill tells Gennifer, "Honey, she's [Hillary] probably eaten more p---y than I have." [In response to Gennifer telling Bill of the stories all over Little Rock of Hillary having "a thing with another woman".]

"too bad we'll never know what Hillary! thinks about this since no one in the press will ever ask her"
Media Bias It's no joke.
I'm reading a textbook on the First Amendment and the freedom of the press, and oh my gosh, the slant towards the Left almosts makes me laugh, if I wasn't getting sick thinking of the impressionable minds reading this garbage!
Our students in the Journalism World are taught to hate America and all Republican Presidents and Administrations.
If a Democrat does something bad, the text refers to it as an action by the "US Government", but if a Republican administration is on the hotseat, the party affliation is clearly toted!
Amazing.
We have been inflitrated.
Sound the Alarms.

That is the most astouding graphic relating to hitlery I have seen. Reminds me of Mia T's graphic of bill-the fantastic one where the twin towers are burning in the backgroud while klinton, superimposted on the side, is blowing away on his sax. Mentally, it hits ya big time.
So does this one! I
wish folks in NY who dispise this ambitious arrogant failed ex-first lady and horror of a senator (just ask the families of Sept 11 victems how she has treated them-refusing to talk to anyone unless a PLANNED conferance with CAMERAS PRESENT is there to 'display her unending compassion' for all to see-she is so gag worthy! I'm gagging just thinking about her...) could stick this graphic on their cars in a BIG WAY!!! I'd love to have a bumper sticker of this on my car!
