"You know, everybody makes mistakes when they are president. I mean, you can't make as many calls as you have to make without messing up once in awhile." If anyone should know it would be Clinton...

Here Bill, the golden raspberry award. It won't be 24 hours before you'll be taking Bush to task for some issue, more than likely this one.

I must be in the Twilight Zone. One of the very few times I can agree with Klintoon. I think I will pinch myself again. Parley

He's angling for something. Maybe this is part of the plan to help Bush win in 04 so hillary doesn't have to run against an incumbent dem in 08.

I miss Bob Dole. What a great guy. Talk about a solid politician and a real war hero to boot. none of this mimsy stuff you here about. puts them all to shame. He really stood up when it counted and stayed up in spite of those apalling injuries. I respect that man. Happy birthday Bob. you put us all to shame with our petty nonsense and silly claims. You were a real American when it counted. Your country called and you served. In the service and in government. An honorable man. Puts to shame those wannabe war heroes.

" but it is incontestable that on the day I left office, there were unaccounted for stocks..."
A major CYA by Clinton, possibly anticipating the discovery of WMD. I think Bubba just out maneuvered the anti war,"no proof there were ever WMD" dwarfs.Do you think Clinton has a dog in this fight?

Watch out for a twist. Clinton doesn't do anything unless it benefits him.

He probably thinks he can claim that the reason we haven't found anything is because they were destroyed because of HIS actions back in 98.

Slick did publicly support Dubya's position in the months leading up to the war, though for some strange reason large portions of the media chose to ignore that for the most part. It is indeed very interesting that he now takes an opposite stance from the current crop of DNC candidates.

We should be pulling for America on this. This from the man who has never missed an opportunity to badmouth America whenever he finds himself on foreign soil. As president, he went around the world apologizing for all the evil America had done. Color me skeptical.

Holy Cow. I am stunned. For once Clinton has stepped up to the plate and done the right thing?
Or am I cynical and think it is to discredit the 9 goof balls for Hillary's sake?
Whatever, thank you Bill Clinton for telling the truth!

Odd. I agree with Clinton. Are pigs flying?
We should be pulling for America on this. We should be pulling for the people of Iraq. We can have honest disagreements about where we go from here, and we have space now to discuss that in what I hope will be a nonpartisan and open way. But this State of the Union deal they decided to use the British intelligence. The president said it was British intelligence.

Seems to me that the Clinton strategy to insure that NONE of the current crop of Dem prez candidates even have a whisper of a chance to get elected.
He is going 180 degrees from what most are saying, you know, Bush lied, uranium, etc. etc.
He knows this will be picked up by Dems everywhere. He is sending a message to the pack: Your wrong and I am pointing it out.
Hillary will announce soon!
