MSNBC: Alleged (Kobe Byrant) Victim seen bragging at a party 3 days later

I just saw it on MSNBC. They said she was at a party a week ago, 3 days before Kobe was charged.

They said she was drinking (consumption by a minor) and playing cards, and was bragging about.....(MSNBC took out the audio at the end of sentence)

The story was confirmed by 5 people at separate places and times who were at the party and all gave a similar account of what happened.

When asked how the girl looked, the guy interviewed said she looked happy. Everyone was shocked to see her at the party given the incident.

I think someone may have even asked how hung was Kobe upon which she described with hand gestures. She seemed to be bragging according to a friend, but said she couldn't tell them what happened that night.

This just keeps getting better and better...

impeaching a President because some chick couldn't clean some stupid blue dress The president (cough, sputter) was impeached because he comitted perjury. Not because he had an affair or raped anyone.

The only parallels I might be able to draw from both these stories are the fact that both girls were psychotic. But, the jury is still out on that. Though I am fairly confident, this chickie will turn out to be a nut bar.

Monica was not raped. She was a more than willing victim. In fact, I'd say she was a stalker.

And he WJC may very well be a rapist but I don't see how that relates to the Bryant story.

On national TV bragging how "You know I would never do something like that!".

The girl did not wait. How do you think they have DNA evidence which is the only reason Kobe stopped lying about the sex part?

Get your facts straight. The girl waited 12 hours. Kobe admitted to the police when first confronted that sex had taken place. But he claimed it was consensual, and therefore only adultery (embarrassing and immoral, but not criminal).

So, it's a he said / she said. We'll have to see what other evidence exists. Her story has to be overwhelmingly more believable than his for a criminal conviction to be justified. But his reputation is trashed nevertheless, and, liar or not, she gets put through the ringer as well.

And we get entertained :).

It's the same girl. The photo that doesn't match is the first photo (dance squad photo) that's a photo from 2003. I have links to the originals and they were removed from the High Schools website.

You don't get on American Idol or attract multimillionaire athletes without a little augmentation. I looked at the photos very carefully with photoshop and solicited the opinions of others. All the photos are of the same girl with the exception of the first one (dance squad photo)

The supporters of the alleged victim are like everyone in the NOW Gang. Women can behave any way they choose, including going to a man's bedroom, and claim they have been assaulted and we are always supposed to believe them.

There was a caller on Sean Hannity today that claimed his buddy or a friend of a friend worked at the resort and said she had made similar claims about someone who worked at the resort and they lost their job. Hannity put him through to his screener to follow up, I guess. Don't know of it is true but it should be easy enough for the defense to find if it is.

In my mind, this is the most likely scenario. The girl either did not get as much (snuggling, a morning phone call,etc.) or more (anal penetration, rough handling)than she bargained for.

Neal Boortz proposed yesterday, because of the high percentage of rape allegations that are false that a law should be passed that if you accuse someone of rape falsely, you go to jail for the amount of time the wrongly accused would have served if convicted.

NB is biased and full of it. He knows that they can seek regress in civil court which has low standards of proof than the criminal court.

I have worked in a neighborhood with $20 street hookers, and they don't do anything but stand around and wait for the next loser. Britney's look and moves imitate lucrative strippers from glossy so-called "gentlemen's clubs."

Years ago, the Grammy-winning duo Milli Vanilli was ruined because a skipping CD at a live event confirmed that they sang to a pre-recorded track. Nowadays, Britney wears a headset while she lip-syncs her squeaky, substandard singing while discarding clothes, gyrating, shimmying, stroking, and pelvic thrusting with hard-bodied, scantily clad dancers -- and nobody minds. It's pathetic.
