1717 Kathleen Ave. Near Marconi curve. I'm listening to FD on the scanner and they're very hyper about getting the area evacuated due to shrapnel from tanks. FD wants 1 mile radius evacuated.

I was about 2 miles from a propane explosion once.I sounded like a war had started. The house trembled. Hope there are not deaths.

KXTV air shot shows one of those 15-20' tall tanks with splits and fire shooting out.

Do not know if a pipeline is in the area, but there are a number of trucks involved in the explosions. Smoke can be seen from Stockton. (how far off is that?)
