Bush and Blair both trust the PA and have given it power and money. What's more, they pressue Israel to conceed to this terror.

I'm not sure just how much they trust the PA. What they are trying to do is find a peaceful end to this war. Personally I have my doubts that there is one. At least with the PA as it is currently configured. I'll believe it when I see the PA actually do something about the terrorist groups in thier areas.
I do give them some credit for trying...but at some point(Soon I hope) they will have to realize that the problem of peace is on the PA side.
