Well, in a sense he did.
He apparently was getting cold feet and threatening to expose the clinton crimes by refusing not to aid and abett them any longer. It is said his conscience was bothered (that's a serious debilitation if you work for a clinton Administration)
So, one might say he killed himself, even if he did not actually pull the trigger. It just depends on what your meaning of the word "suicide" is.
As an aside, how many people in the Bush Administration have mysteriously died or died in airplane crashes or other "accidents"? None?
I always thought Starr was on the Clinton's team. Some years ago the Wall Street Journal published a letter of mine in this regard. I'm not where I have a copy of that letter, but if someone provokes me I might be able to post a copy this evening.
