That is really interesting. French didn't want us to know!

Nah it was'nt the French, I heard it was the Italians earlier this morning. So it will probably be the Germans who is ultimately reponsible. No I just thought it was the Jews, yeah the Jews did it.

This is beginning to be laughable. Are we sure we are dealing with adults here. Where is that finger pointing at now?

Hi Mom!

I am wondering if this was all a set up by the French to discredit Bush and Blair in the post-war phase.

I'm still trying to think this thru.....so don't pin me down on why I think this.......but to many things have come together on this story to be just coincidence.

That's a good point! You could be on to something. At least that makes sense -- too much of a coincidence with this coming out now!

I think it is orchestrated -- Clintons go to Britain and Hillary to France and now all this comes out about Niger and the press goes into a feeding frenzy against Pres Bush. Don't forget that Chirac's wife backed Hillary for President! I really think you could be onto something!

" I think it is orchestrated"

There was also the documents found in Baghdad which linked MP Galloway to illegal oil money kickbacks which were later declared to be forgeries. Either he is guilty or someone went to a lot of trouble to manufacture forged documents and put them in a place where they would be sure to be found........doesn't add up for me.

It's obviously a setup. There have been a whole series of campaigns orchestrated in the press to get Bush. Even before he was elected there was the McCain primary run and the Bob Jones affair. Then the Florida Chad Wars. Then the European insults of Cowboy Bush. Maybe the most serious campaign was Enron, which they tried very hard to make into another Watergate. But there's been at least a dozen more. Morass alerts. Baghdad Museum looting. And so on and so forth.

At least some of this is obviously orchestrated in back rooms or over the phone by people like Pinch Sulzberger for the media and the usual suspects among the clintonoids. France and Germany are only too happy to join in. Even Turkey got into the act.

What worries me is that George Tenet is probably a player too, and he's right in the middle of this Uranium scandal, playing both sides of the street. But his heart and his pocketbook are almost certainly with the clintons.

Bush is a master at this game, but he had better be very careful.

That doesn't add up to me either. Why go to the trouble of doing forgeries unless you are hiding something? Not like he was a bigtime supporter of outsting Saddam. Makes me think they took actual documents and copied them over to then become forgeries while those helping Saddam could then claim they were all forgeries. This smells!

Italy sounds possible. I suspect that it is a Mediterranean country.

Both Italy and Spain supported us officially, but I know the Italians and the Spanish were both very reluctant to let their info be publicly used because their liberal press had stirred up the America-haters among them. Both of them have conservative governments that are under enormous pressure from a socialist-dominated press/media.

It's possible that the information came from Germany or France and they're holding back, trying to discredit us. But it's also possible that it came from a friendly source that both the US and Britain are trying to protect.

Furthermore, it's very possible that the information is true. But of course, Dems don't care about truth. Never have and never will.

Galloway case to date is one set of docs forged, others have not been found to be (to this point, anyway). Could that be the case here? Some forged to taint any documents?

Miss Marple agrees with you and feels that Clinton is in the middle of this.

Everyone seems to leave out the really vile rat who probably masterminded this entire sham, James the Car Vile, the slithering/lying Asp!

"Some forged to taint any documents?"

That would be a logical scenario. Unfortunately, I seem to remember that there was more than one news service involved which would make it more difficult to track the chain of custody of the documents and the timelines of events.

I thought the same about Tenet, but I have read (sorry, no link) that he has personal loyalty to the Bush family...could be Bush I's intel connections?

This is a savvy administration. I do not think they would keep a clintonion mole around in a sensitive position.

I could be wrong.

LOL!! I was wondering how long it would take them to figure out a way to blame it on the frogs. Couldn't happen to a nicer group of people(?).
