How about the new highway named for Clinton in his home stste of Arkansas? It's a little crooked, and has a long yellow streak down the center. Be careful if you drive on it, it's a little slick. Manufacturers announced today that they will be stocking America's shelves this week with "Clinton Soup, to honor one of the nation's most distingushed men". It consists primariy of a weenie in hot water. |

Rumsfeld and Rice Alert!!!!
I see Wolfie is focusing on the "Bush lied so he could invade" story.

Oh great, Tim Russert on MTP - improper intelligence, lack of planning and preparation. It's gotten positively ridiculous.

I really, really need to not listen to Fox and Friends on the weekend. Julian's comments today are poisonous.
Also, I am really tired of Fox reporting what the Washington Post or the New York Times said. Don't they have their own reporters?

One line in the SOTU is now being considered as big as Watergate and Iran/contragate.
Pathetic!

CNN showed a clip of Rumsfeld almost going Clintonesque on us with "Bush said that the BRITISH said..." and therefore he's okay.

I've given up on Fox on the weekend and even try to avoid them in the morning. They seem to not have their own investigative reporters and if they are going to just repeatedly re-state the lamestream press, then what is the point?
A perfect example is the "erroneous intelligence information that made it into the State of the Union Address". Sheesh. I've emailed FNC so many articles that debate that statement and I know other Freepers have as well. They seem to be moving left and their ratings will fall to CNN levels if that keeps up.

For those of us on the left coast who won't see the program for another two hours, could you give us an assessment of Darrell Issa(he pumped a million dollars of his own money into the Dimwit Davis recall ) and is a likely candidate for governor in the recall. Thanks

She said David Kay is working on finding more info and she'll wait until his reports come in to make further comments. Tony asked if the pres was mad about this left in the speech and not meeting the higher standard of meeting our criteria. She said the pres understood and that it was a mistake for it to be in the speech. Now they're talking about Liberia. She said Taylor's been indicted for war crimes and we'll have to let this play out.

Take the morning off! I'm watching an oldie goldie "Burns and Allen", to be followed by "I LOVE LUCY". I tell you, the TVLand Channel is great diversional therapy!
I was driven to it after an hour of liberal callers on Washington Journal.

Condi is ... talking extremely fast. I noticed that too. There didn't seem to be the normal level of confidence in her voice when responding to pretty intense questioning by Tony Snow about this uranium information witch-hunt.

I watch those shows when I can in the morning. The Dick Van Dyke show is my favorite show ever made and certainly more relaxing than all this made-up "scandal".

Well, I think I am going out to pull some weeds in the flower beds. I like to pretend they are Clintonistas, as I rip them from the ground. It's very therapeutic.

Tim is trying to corner Rumsfeld about North Korea, comparing it with Iraq but he isn't taking the bait and points out that Iraq had broken 17 agreements with the UN prior to our action there.
