Bush clearly refered to the Niger info coming from the British in the State of the Union.
To refer to the British NOW is not "Clintonesque", it's stating the facts as they were presented from the beginning.

Your criticism is pathetic. That is exactly what Bush said, that the British reported, not that the CIA reported and is a correct statement of fact. The British still stand by their statement.
