But can you really describe what is in those cans of Strohs as "beer"?

Police said Stroh was polite and cooperative but drunk, Hoisted (at least for a little while) on his own petard.

I'm not sure of the legal system in Texas, but I can say with certainty that if this happened in NY, the family would not only be able to sue that hotel, they'd win.
There was a case in Brooklyn where a woman threw herself in front of a subway train in a suicide attempt. She lived (lost some fingers) and sued the MTA and won millions.
I say the hotel should sue Stroh's for damage to the hotel.

Doh!
Leading contender for 2003 Darwin award of year!
It's no wonder Stroh's couldn't make a go of it making something as simple as beer.

Charles Suddards Stroh. Rest in peace. It appears he had consumed too many Suds last night.

Stroh makes better ice cream than beer. Actually, they make the best mass market ice cream out there, since they had to do something with refrigeration capacity during prohibition. Relevant? No. But it's still cool.

He must not have known how to tie a double sheet bend, or else he was too "Strohed" to remember how.
Trying to tie together odd sized items like bedsheets, anything else will slip and "capsize" . . . and then so will you.

I wonder what he was drinking? Budweiser? How come they never mention it in the article? I smell a conspiracy.... I mean, what would have happened if we found that Dave Thomas had died with empty McDonald's french fry containers littered throughout his bedroom?
Inquiring minds and all.... Pose with a Stroh's!
