July 9th is National Firearm Purchase Day
Posted on 07/09/2003 8:14:44 AM PDT by ArmUSAAnaheimKalifornia
It's baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaack!!!!
It's July 9th and once again we celebrate National Firearm Purchase Day!! This is our way of protesting the UN's policy of gun destruction.
So get on down to your local gun store and buy that gun you've been wanting. If they don't know about National Firearm Purchase Day, let them know! Heck, maybe we can even get July 9th recognized as a National Holiday! (YEAH RIGHT!!!)
At ARM USA, we're giving away these REALLY COOL NFPD t-shirts with every firearm purchase for the week of July 8-12!!
Thanks for your support in the past - hope to see you at ARM USA!!!

Doing my part: I have orders in for a Sig p239 two-tone and a Sig p226ST - both in .357 Sig, but I also ordered two 9mm bar-sto barrels.
And don't forget national ammo day, sometime this fall ...

Thank you for supporting "the little guy" and not the big chain store whose employees most likely couldn't tell you a thing about what you are buying and probably don't give a damn about guns any ways. We small dealers need all the support you can give us.
We are a dying breed!!!!

Those are the best places to go. The extra couple of bucks keeps a local guy in business who is many times in the next duck blind over. I deal only with Gary's Gun Shop in here in SF. Everyone working there hunts, they're all NRA, and they're all hardcore GOP.

I am thinking that Sig will be my next handgun. What are the advantages to this new .357 Sig round vs .40 cal ?
To: ArmUSAAnaheimKalifornia
I normally do business with Shooter's Depot in Corpus Christi, TX. George is the only Class 2 & 3 south of Houston and I want him to stay in business. I try to buy something every time I go in, but I do order a lot from Shotgun News and the internet.
I haven't bought anything firearm related more than targets or cleaning supplies from a chain store in twenty years.

Why not have both?My first .223 is a stainless Mini-14.I thought it looked sort of lonely so I bought an H-Bar to keep it company!!!

I re-load my ammo.Does the purchase of powder, primers, and bullets count for National Ammo Day?
To: DrNo
I bought my first about 3 months ago. A Ruger 9mm automatic. I've been starting to think it might be lonely...
