This is needed mass transit, getting from one end of the Strip in Vegas can be a real bear.

I used the monorail they had in place along the Strip last time I was in Vegas. It was nice, but I can imagine it getting WAY overcrowded if it actually serves a useful route (say, to the airport or the downtown casinos) rather than simply the miniscule route it had then. Btw, the bus fares were very expensive and the service less than stellar, even a crowded monorail would be an improvement.
