Now’s the Time to Speak up, Stand up, and Fight! . . . so where’s George Bush?

Now’s the Time to Speak up, Stand up, and Fight! . . . so where’s George Bush?

Many men and women are fundamentally optimists, and indeed if they were not so, sometimes the days and nights of life itself could seem somewhat intolerable. It is really grisly what has happened in the last week, with the Supremes, and Bush and his “applauding” the agenda, but as so many predicted it should not be a surprise that this would all happen under a Republican President and not a Democratic one – but it does damper optimism about our future.

Because, the way things are going, it will get a lot worse, very fast. The universe started as a nest, but a nest for only the beginning spring chickens, and then things get pretty individualist and dangerous as we fly out from the nest – the universe in this sense much more than just the physical universe but also history in motion.

But then, some think the universe of this world has to be a nest for ever, that we are never to leave this nest, that simply being in a nest should be the end in itself, and since we are going to sit in this nest forever together, then it’s all about valuing diversity of others, because, you know, we are all stuck in this nest. This is called (modern) liberalism – it’s always totalitarian in the end, e.g. international socialism (Communism) and/or National Socialism (NAZI) et all, e.g. Ted “it’s a beanie Party Boat” Kennedy, Hillary “I was shocked, but who else can make me laugh like Bill?” Clinton, etc..

Under this liberalism, the nest is government. No matter how many are in the nest, and told they cannot leave, the nest itself is just a few, . . . like President Bush's drugs for seniors, for example . . . like the nine justices for example. They can tell millions of other folks what they can or cannot do – which wouldn’t be so bad if the nine themselves were restrained as well as to what they can or cannot decree on according some rules set down in a document, but that document or guide book if you will is pretty much like the VCR manual that was thrown out with the fish bones.

I think it’s time for non-cooperation. The states, the people, should simply not cooperate anymore. I mean, what difference would it make simply going along with this crap, and this Bush applauding it and all? It isn’t the Demos who are going to save us, and now it for sure looks like it isn’t going to be Republican George Bush, either. He cut your taxes? Green in your nose he did, and spent more then what he cut - your kids will be paying for it for the next 60 years, a trade off of the years 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011 . . . the next 60 years of spending . . . for the “senior vote” in 2004. And, in the end, he may not get so many of them seniors to vote for him anyway, any more than he thinks he’s gonna’ get the sombrero vote, either.. Gosh, thanks for the tax cut, Prez!

So, we have big name conservatives speaking up on the Buffalo Bush thing and his bandaid on his mouth (Bandaid Mouth Bush), and they are now getting attacked (“I never liked listening to him/her, anyway”) by some very strange Bushies who all of a sudden like sodomy as a way to value diversity, and you know the last two rulings from the Supremes all adds up to affirmative action for Gays and Gay marriage and adoption of children (it doesn’t? Why? ... because the Supremes didn’t rule on that ~yet~ ? And, a couple weeks ago, they didn’t rule on what just came down ... so just wait a few days or weeks, and they will if some leftist City government doesn’t beat them to it). So all these folks who took conservatism into the “mainstream” and “out of the closet” and turned the silent majority into a not so silent force the phony liberal dominant media has to reckon with, well, they are all now according to some very strange Bushies someone we never really should have liked listening to in the first place.

But, the Bushy Ked-loafers can deny it all they want (I’ve even noticed they are starting to take to wearing check-pants so they can join the check-pants country club Republicans), but there is a big rumble starting to happen, discontent among real conservatives considering what just happened in the last few days, and they are starting to say:
. . . now is the time to speak up! , to stand up! , to fight!

. . . of course the obvious question occurs – yes, now is the time to speak up, stand up, and fight . . . so where’s George Bush?

He’s got a bandaid on his mouth.

Take that bandaid off your mouth - and you shall be free!

Hey Jim, who should we vote for in 2004? Anybody wearing the Big "R" label. We did that in 2002 and look where it got us.

Oh you are just too smart for the Cheney's aren't you? They thought they had you fooled by giving birth to that gay daughter so someday they could sneak in gay marriage on you!
Better luck next time Dick and Lynn, you almost had it made!

Don't know where you get your imagination but this would sell for fiction right along with Hillary's novel.

Whatever your anti-Bush agenda, it will not work! Articles like this just make a lot of us work even harder to see President Bush gets four more years.

Suppose you would prefer Hillary and then you all can really whine about how bad it is and how you taught us all a lesson. That delusional attitude by some of here makes me sick to think that you would support electing a RAT to teach the rest of us a lesson so your 3rd Party person could have a shot which will never happen.

Doesn't make any difference what 3rd party candidate you support, they are drawing votes away from legitimate candidates and are only there as spoilers and it makes them feel like big shots to take our tax dollars as matching funds!

Your article is pathetic at best!

What kills me about Alec, ooops, Brian Baldwin is that he pretends to be concerned where Bush is, For 2 1/2 years his screeds against GWB have been posted here by every .02% malcontent with a hatchet to dig up

I applaud you! Time to take the gloves off against those that come here to do nothing more than try to split us up against the President. IT WON'T WORK! Just makes us stronger in support of a great President.

From out here flyover country, the attitude is that everyone that believes in Family Values needs to go to the polls and reelect President Bush as our best hope to turn everything around from the recent rulings. One woman called the radio and said she was ready to vote today to reelect Pres Bush but then we are in flyover country and know nothing! (sarcasm)

No split out here! Only split is in the minds of some of the Freepers that hope it were so!

Keep that 2% handy -- think it is going to be needed a lot if the last few days is any indication!

Great response! Calling this screed pathetic is a compliment. Reads like someone's been bendin' the elbow this evening, if you know what I mean.

You would think it was a great thread!

I gave you the benefit of the doubt and even apologized to you for being nasty, but you have shown me your true colors and now I regret ever trying to be nice! You tried to hide the fact that you didn't support Pres Bush at all and I thought you were being picked on. Boy was I wrong! Not often that I make that big of mistake with someone but it won't happen again. Thanks to you, I will err on the side of not trusting people on here! It also means you couldn't have supported Trent Lott either since he supports the President! Just who do you support besides yourself and Rush?
