BLOOMINGTON - Sheriff's detectives investigating the circumstances behind a stillborn fetus found in an alley arrested a 17-year-old boy on suspicion of committing incest with his sister, the baby's mother.

So, uh, you bust the 17-year old boy for incest,

However, I do think that overwhelming public disgust will prevent incest from becoming legal, or one can at least hope.

What does disgust have to do with it? Did that stop sodomy from becoming legal? Or virtual child porn? Or abortion? Or any number of vile laws allowing any number of vile acts?

What's next on the agenda? Homosexual marriage! Then what? Oh, any number of things. Let your imagination run wild. However, I would like to know what their actual agenda is - what THEY have next on their list.

Notice how all of these laws have to do with sex. Before you know it, it will be a free-for-all, with EVERYTHING legal. Bestiality, pedophilia, and god knows what else!

(a)She might have dimished capacity and isn't going to be charged with anything, ever.
(b)They can't figure out what to charge her with yet. It may be incest for the juvenile and statutory rape for the adult.

Well, were they in the "privacy" of their own home when commiting the sexual act? I believe that Kennedy said that we cannot punish a certain class of people (in this case, I suppose, incest participants) because they have a different sexual lifestyle than heterosexuals.

I am telling you, we are going to be inundated with every sort of sexual activity, working it's way up the Supreme Court ladder, for years to come because of what they did yesterday. And, when they okay "gay marriage", it will get worse as the polygamy crowd, pederasts, incest couples, beastiality proponents; all get in line to say that they should have legal rights to their "sexual orientation" as well.

Well, in the minds of many, there is a vast difference between what can be termed "sexual orientation" (speaking of gender), and incest. The issue of incest also goes beyond simply the sexual orientation angle since incest can produce children.

Consensual sex between two people in the privacy of their own home, no one's business, move on. Fetus's have no rights, the right to an abortion is paramount. Let's move on.
