Phoenix - Gov. Janet Napolitano on Thursday used an appearance before a largely Hispanic audience to veto a bill to require Arizona voters to show identification to cast regular ballots at polling places.

Republican supporters of the bill said it would prevent voter fraud, but Napolitano told the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials that it would deter voter participation.

Is she like some kind of dictator of Arizona who can impose whatever laws she feels like imposing? What the people want no longer matters?

"In Arizona, we want people to vote," said Napolitano.

Typical leftist propaganda. Any chance of the veto being overridden?

"...but Napolitano told the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials that it would deter voter participation bar illegal aliens from voting."

"In Arizona, we want people illegals to vote"

Another victory of the enemy against the republic.

Wait just a darn moment there. Republicans are far more religious (honestly), do far more for the poor than the Dems ever dreamed, and truly care about the down and out. I simply refuse to believe Christ could ever consider himself to be a Dem on any level.

Such a law would limit the ability of illegal aliens to vote once, much less, multiple times, thereby, limiting their income producing opportunities. And, at least conceptually, reduce the taxes paid (if they paid taxes) on these large amounts of added income.

"In Arizona, we want illegals, criminals and repeats to vote, because they always vote for us Demoncraps," meant Napolitano.

Same as usual. Nothing to see here, folks, just Demoncraps in action. Move along.

Butch, the truck-driving governess, strikes again. How predictable.

Guess she isn't interested in re-election. Her ambitions must be 'national'.

This is why we do most of our real legislating by ballot initiative these days. Several years ago, Arizona became the first state to pass a ballot initiative that prevents the Legislature from overriding other ballot initiatives.

Begin a massive recall petition. And while Arizonans are at it they need to recall the gay congresscritter as well!

Not that I am aware of. Ol' Napolitano is more Mexican than she is American..... she's a disgusting slug who ought to be recalled before Arizona winds up in the same sinking boat that Davis put California in... by killing proposition 187 (the initiative that would have eliminated all the freebies that go to the millions of illegal alien leeches in the state). California is about to come unglued, and so will Arizona under the bad leadership of the truck-driving hussy.

Just a rumor.

She is a pandering and brainless loser, however.... she's proven that much.

I am against federal regulations, to a fault, but in this case, I would strongly support a federal minimum ID to vote. I am sick of illegal aliens voting.
