I watch praticaly the whole thing. She sobbed & cried all the way thru. She seems genuinely sorry............... sorry that she got caught. Her strongest emotion is embarrassment that her parents found out what she did, mainly use dope (I think). She admitted to smoking dope before going to work for years. She only admitted using Exstacy (sp?) once. Even tho she apologized to Mr. Biggs's son she never said (that I heard) that she was sorry that her actions caused Biggs death. She is sorry for the pain that she caused & like a little child, she said if she ever got out of jail she would do better. It was pathatic but I would give her the maxium.

Since you watched the whole thing, has there been testimony about WHERE this accident happened? I mean, did the police go back there and try to recreate the accident to figure out if she was driving safely?

Very interesting that the Court is being assured that when she gets out of prison her family will be there to help her get her life together.

Her family was there BEFORE she murdered an innocent man and they were not able to help her live a decent honorable life.

I would guess that too much time had passed (4 months) to get any good evidence from the crash site. It would be contaminated by weather, traffic, etc.

Dang--finally got nestled in on the web feed, and they break for the evening. Does anyone know whether the jury remains sequestered through the sentence phase?

Did you see the mother's testimony? She was a piece of work. Said didn't know/can't recall more times than Hilliary Clinton. Either totally clueless or enabling to the max.

The recitation of her drug usage and the rest of the cross exam nailed goody two shoes.She still has a hard time with admitting tampering with evidence and she pled guilty to burning the chair!
