What a couple of loonies those two are. I hope they throw the book at her and I hope it sticks. I could tell from the first word out of her mouth that she was one of these know it all smart a$$es and I'll be darned if the husband isn't just as bad. I feel sorry for that poor baby being raised by those two.

Feeding a baby while driving is dangerous and the bit about the license not being required is bogus.

Glad you posted this. These two are from Mars. "I can't talk about my invalid license because that would jeopardize my legal case." Can you say "nut case?" And the baby is adorable and doomed.

(Yours has to be the shortest post ever placed!) The mom and O'Reilly?
To: annyokie
Yep, watched it. I was disappointed that they never mentioned their insisting only the hubby can face the charges because he is the only one allowed to punish wifey for wrongdoing LOL
And I agree, the threads on this are a hoot :-)

She had that smarmy "attitude" that really grates, the type of people that think they can just blow off sworn law enforcement. I'm no angel - but when the lights go on, I pull over.

Different last name? Good question... Their religious philosophy is pretty much on the fringes, maybe they don't recognize state-sanctioning of marriages and they were married without a license?
This case is so out there it is risky using powers of deduction to analyze anything... it's just begging for another curve-ball ;-)

Just saw that woman. She is too dumb to be allowed anywhere near the drivr's seat of an automobile. O'Reilly was not hard enough on her. He should have asked her whether she considered it her "right" to have her daughter turned into a red spot on the inside of the wildshield in the event of a sudden stop for any reason.
And her husband is within spitting distance of his wife's stupidity. He was arguing that when you drive into another state you "only have to obey the laws of your own state"? Helllooo! We're talking world class stupidity here.

What if the fellow believes these laws are unconstitutional and void? Can't we just pick and choose which laws we are to adhere to and which we are not? Can't we just ban the societal or legal consequences to free-will actions?!
