I hope you're right that Dean still has an uphill battle. There's much to fear about someone with his political views getting anywhere near the presidency.

When I read that, I was wondering why he popped that in there. Maybe to suggest "extremist"?

Dean doesn't have to win Iowa or New Hampshire. Low expectations in Iowa can be spun into a victory. A strong second in NH would be ok. A second for Kerry in NH would be fatal. If Dean beats Kerry or Lieberman in Iowa he lives to fight another day. As I said a 35 to 34 loss in NH, Dean will still live to fight in MI,SC,DEand AZ.

Dean, but he's extremely dangerous. Totally agree but for a different reason. This guy gives me the creeps! His whole persona is vindictive, mean and nasty. I hope he does get the RAT nomination - the contrast between him and GW is striking.
