That's me. Running around trying to keep government out of the bedroom and out of a woman's womb. Do you really believe an intrusive moralistic state is what freedom is all about? Oh, wait, yes you do. But I'm the ideologue.

"trying to keep government out of the bedroom and out of a woman's womb."
But you don't mind if a renegade doctor goes into a woman's womb to murder an innocent human being.
Don't come the hero, laddybuck.

You are an ideologue Cruse. Only an ideologue can find the basis for Roe in the US COnstitution.
You want to know why? Because it's not there! It's silent on the matter except and unless the persons referred to in the 5th and 14th Amendments include unborn babies in which case, they would have the same Constitutional protections as you. They may be protected Constituionally but they sure as hell are not condemned by same.
But please, be my guest. Explain to me the Constitutional basis for the federal government making legal the taking of human life.

It's up to you to find a constitutional authority for government to tell a woman what to do with her womb.
The default position has to be no government intrusions
until proven otherwise, else you are living in a dictatorship where everything not expressly permitted is forbidden.

:-}. The purpose of government Cruse is to protect the people comprising those that are governed. Is an unborn baby a person?
Only an ideologue would deny that it indeed is. Is that you?

Is a blastocyst a person?
We are going over well trodden ground with
nothing new on either side. It isn't worth
the regurgitation.

I understand you're need to answer questions with questions and strawmen. You are on Constitutional quicksand and the moral low ground.
I don't mind answering yours however. A blastocyst is a person at the blastocyst stage of personhood. Just like you were once gcruse and thankfully your Mom understood that.

He's a hitman. A renegade doctor. Sanctioned by the state. Kinda like those doctors that 'legally' performed experiments on Jews in the 1940s if you ask me.
