Catholic Bishops Bioethics Comm. UK Queries Aborted Fetal Cell Lines...
In a letter to Parliament from the Catholic Bishops Bioethics Committee President, Bishop Donal Murray, an inquiry has been posted as to the continued use of aborted fetal cell lines in vaccines. His primary concern was on the life expectancy of the existing fetal cell lines, whether more fetal tissue is being used and the rights of parents to abstain and boycott the products. Children of God for Life has responded to the Committee's concerns, citing the ongoing use of new fetal tissue and included the documents from the article below, as well as full history on the abortions used in present day vaccines. Crucell Hunting Down Fresh Aborted Fetuses Crucell, NV, the Dutch biomedical firm that produces the aborted fetal cell line PER C6 for use in new vaccines is not stopping in their horrific attempts to acquire more and more fetuses for developing new vaccines. Press releases this week from both New Zealand and Australia reveals their attempt to enter into secret fetus trade deals with abortionists in both countries. Also, Crucell has announced it will pursue the development of a new vaccine for West Nile Virus using PER C6. The vaccine is being developed for Israel - we will keep a close watch to see if they attempt to market it in the US as well.

Japanese obtain release for Measles vaccine One of the delays we have encountered in our efforts to import both the untainted, single dose rubella (Takahashi) and a new MMR vaccine from Japan is that Aventis Pasteur of France held licensing rights on the measles vaccine. In a recent meeting with Kitasato executives, AP agreed to release all rights, unconditionally back to Kitasato for use in the US. Kitasato has a tentative meeting scheduled with Baxter International executives in July to negotiate US distribution. Please keep these efforts in your prayers - many delays, such as the SARS problem have halted the international meetings up to this point. We will keep you updated on the progress!

Here's the scene. In abortion mills around America, persons employed by the fetal tissue harvesting industry are being given access to the charts and particulars of pregnant females coming in for the killing of their unborn children. The harvesters are lookin for specific information, such as which vaccinations ahev the 'mothers' had, which diseases has the 'mother' endured, what is the health status of the alive unborn child ... they want healthy dead little ones, mostly, from whom to dissect the body parts as soon as the killing is accomplished. Occasionally, the harvester is presented with a little one whose heart is still beat, perhaps the little eyes are trying to focus. What does the harvester do? I'll give you any number of guesses you wish to take, but there is congressional testimony as to what is done in such cases ... and what is not done in some cases, where the abortionist's staff cartons up the entire little ones on ice and ships them off, asap.

You are right. I've read a few such reports and watched a few programs dealing with such evil.

What makes it even worse is that many in congress and even more in the clergy are aware that this evil continues to spread, build and strengthen--yet they are all but silent.

I realize this makes most people VERY uncomfortable and they don't like this truth mentioned, but we are living in the American Holocaust. It will get MUCH worse until millions of people are educated on these facts then stand united against it.

We will either teach them respect for life or be euthanized by them. Our generation needs to understand that.

Bishops' Official Testifies Before President's Bioethics Council
Medical Research Can And Should Be Guided By Fundamental Ethical Norms

WASHINGTON (June 12, 2003) -— Today the President's Council on Bioethics heard testimony on the values and principles that ought to govern policy on human embryo research. Richard Doerflinger, Deputy Director of the Secretariat for Pro-Life Activities of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops, was among the expert witnesses for the meeting.

"Medical research can and should always be guided by fundamental ethical norms," he said.

Doerflinger reviewed the limits to human subject experimentation embraced by Western civilization over the last century, noting a rejection of utilitarian approaches in favor of consideration for the well-being of the human subject. He also addressed the substantial agreement among ethical advisory boards in the last quarter century that the human embryo deserves "respect" as a form of human life.

"By rejecting research avenues that rely on the destruction of developing human life," Doerflinger said, "our society will be able to devote itself all the more enthusiastically to ethically responsible medical research and the dissemination of its benefits to all human beings, especially the poorest and most vulnerable."

"Research avenues posing no moral problem are rapidly advancing to treat previously incurable diseases, offering us opportunities to work together on forms of medical progress that all can support and that all patients can benefit from with a clear conscience," he said.
