Looks like there's some "construction" on that there "Road Map"..

Like the road the Chicago nazis took in "The Blues Brothers".

In order to negotiate a peace agreement in good faith, both parties have to be sick and tired of the senseless killing.

The Israelis are at that point already, willing to give up land previously considered non-negotiable.

The Palis are not there yet, but they might become sick and tired of the violence soon if Israel keeps up this anti-intifada. (See Hamas going back to the negotiating table after withdrawing early this week)

The road map can still work in the near future.

If you're gonna quote (or paraphrase) Babylon 5, at least finish it off:

But, in the Year of the Shadow War on Terrorism, it became something greater: our last, best hope... for victory.

Thanks, finally someone who remembers some history, and is able to think about it outside the present "box"...

Uhhh, finally? I've got news for you, expelling Jews from their homes isn't a new concept, nor is is "thinking out of the box", simply parroting a repulsive concept.

Agree. Israeli action is a prerequisite to any chance of this roadmap working. In the absence of IDF action the stalemate would just continue.

The current Fox talking head is citing the "Cycle of Violence." It must be their phrase du jour.

I agree with your sentiment. Another possible solution is to remove the Palestinians from Israel. I don't think Russia, France or Germany care about this conflict enough to get involved.

I give up. I understand that you all think I am a deluded fool. You know, I really hope you are right, but I am afraid of what might happen if you are not.

The reason I worry about the countries mentioned, in part, is the rising anti-semitism in Europe, the behavior of the French regarding Iraq, the problems Russia has with it's muslim population, and the desire for these to create a counterforce to US "domination"...

If you can't think beyond the moment to see these (and more) ominous signs, I guess you wouldn't have been able to pack up and get out of Europe back in time to avoid a free train trip..

In France, Marseilles (sp?)

Maybe they should consider relocating the French and giving the city over to the Islamists. Same with any area on planet earth the Islamists want. Then the hostilities will cease once the Islamists get all the land--and kill off all the infidels/non-Islamists.

[end sarcasm]

"Bush's "roadmap" was supposed to be the last, best hope for peace. It failed..."

Not hardly. It's all going according to PLAN.

More propeganda scenes that you like:

Mourners raise their hands while chanting slogans, as others carry the body of Hamas militant Yasser Taha during his funeral processions through the streets of the Bureij refugee camp southern Gaza Strip, Friday June 13, 2003. Taha was killed with his wife Fatima, 25, and his daughter Asnam 2, when Israeli helicopters on Thursday fired missiles on his car in Gaza city killing seven people. Mourners wave green Islamic, yellow Fatah and black Islamic Jihad flags. (AP Photo/Adel Hana)
