The D.C. Chapter of Free Republic invites all FReepers and lurkers in good standing to join us this week as we roll out the red (blecch!) carpet for Her Heinous, Hillary!, at promotional appearances in Fairfax, Virginia and Washington, D.C. for her memoirs, Living History.
6 p.m. Wednesday, June 11: Wal-Mart, 13059 Fair Lakes Parkway, Fairfax, Va.
Meet at Bagle Brothers by the Food Lion at 6 p.m. Bmwcyle is taking the lead on this, so he'll tell everyone where to set-up for the freep. The event starts at 7 p.m. Plan on fighting rush hour traffic to get there if you're coming from outside the Fairfax area--that means leave earlier than you think you should :-)
11 a.m. Thursday, June 12: Trover Books, 221 Pennsylvania Avenue, SE, Washington, D.C.
The event starts at noon. We've put in a permit for the sidewalk in front of the store and for the wide grassy median across the street from the store. Given the narrow sidewalk and security, we'll probably end up on the median.
These are rain or shine freeps. As always, the D.C. Chapter's rules for protesting will be in effect. Briefly, they are: No violence, no profanity, no racism, no provocations, obey the law and treat all law enforcement officers with respect.
Nothing bugs elitist-wannabes more then thinking they aren't cool.
:-)

If she doctored the cover, what do you think she did to the content?
