I don't know about wife beater, but i've actually seen pictures of Arnold getting a little fresh with women who are not Maria Shriver. It would be easier for Condi to find dirt on Arnold than vice versa, i'd imagine. And don't kid yourself, dirt is a political thing, the Democrats don't have a monopoly on it.

Actually given the rumors of Arnold S.'s background, its quite likely that he has done some dirt digging on potential opponents in both parties, in order to try and prevent them from bringing up his past(MAD strategy). But your point is certainly a possibility, too.
