To the Editor:
According to a June 3 letter writer, the only reason the president of the United States would visit Auschwitz is for a photo op "to make the case for his war against Iraq."
I think of my aunt, and the other 1.5 million Jewish children murdered. I think of her because I do so constantly, but also because she was my first thought when I heard of Saddam Hussein's habit of torturing his opponents by torturing their children in front of them.
Auschwitz does make a very convincing case for the war in Iraq, and with every mass grave discovered, I care less and less if the Iraqi leader was one, five or a hundred years away from a functional nonconventional arsenal.

you know, I think I just saw a report tonight that two senior people at the NYT were resigning, didn't get the full story or names, I was busy with a 2 year old and his flying dinner at the moment

Ah, but you see, the rats don't care. They only pretend to care about issues, and people, and minorities, and.......... The very simple fact is the left only cares about getting their power back.
Hundreds of thousands of dead men, women and children don't even faze them. People with their ears cut off, that's nothing. Broken men who watched as their wives were raped in front of them or their childrens eyes gouged out, please, they're too busy trying to bring down a president.
I wasn't terribly fond of the left before, but now I loath them.

I bookmarked your list of articles on Saddam's little shop of horrors. I do appreciate that- I often wonder who, if anyone, sees that stuff!

Can somebody explain to me how we are expected to find WMD instantly when Eric Rudolph who was in the USA was able to go free for 5 years in a 35 mile area?
If it's not easy to find even that guy for years, why should it be so much eaasier to find WMD any sooner?

Well, this just proves that there was a weapon of mass destruction that was removed by the war.
It was a biological weapon...
His name was Saddam Hussein.
