U.S. Troops Find Bones at Saddam Bomb Site
?
To: epluribus_2
Supposedly, up to 14 civilians were killed in that attack. This is likely to be the bones of someone else, not Saddam, but I am hopeful.

The left will conjure up an image of a limbless Saddam, with limbless sons, directing a growing resistance to Coalition forces, willing to bite us and give violent head nudges against our feet. Saddam Hussien is... The Black Knight!?

Lets just say that facts to supporting the administrations point of view have in the past have had a tendency to come to light after a cresendo of the lefts complaints condemming the administration. Leaving the left to look like fools time and time again with the biggest impact.
If I were a democrat I would be very careful about jumping on the bandwagon of WND not being found.

Saddam is safe and sound and living in exile, courtesy of the deal our Russian intermediaries brokered for us at the April 9 meeting between Tariq Aziz and Vladimir Titorenko. Shortly after that meeting, Saddam went for a valedictory walkabout among supporters in Baghdad, completely umconcerned about the possibility of a US bombing strike. After all, you don't attack someone who has advertised they have sleepers with weaponized anthraxed forward-positioned in your population centers, now, do you? Saddam told the adoring crowd that Iraq was a defeated country, but that the vanquished ultimately rise again, and, in any case, they would be rewarded in heaven. He then recorded a concession video, and left the country, escorted by his Russian hosts. The two so-called "decapitation strikes" were simply window-dressing to cover up the fact that we were blackmailed into letting Saddam off the hook for 9-11, thanks to his WMD -- much like the Amerithrax chardae, starring US Army psychological warfare expert Steven J. Hatfill. So don't hold your breath for another two months waiting for the DNA tests on those "bones," because you're going to be disappointed.
Remember...
WMD mean never having to say you're sorry.

The WH does not need to (and will not IMO) withhold information in the War on Terrorists for domestic political advantage. The only valid reason is national security and I give them the benefit of the doubt. If otherwise, I think they would be derelict in their duty to the nation. But, there is also the need to verify facts that they have obtained before releasing them to the public, and that takes time. ;-)

Yes, but it should be related to valid requirements and not manipulated for domestic political reasons. We hold the people's house in trust. It is not to be used as Nixon and Clinton used it.
To: Maceman
I remember press reports that US Intelligence and the CIA were seeking out Saddam's dental and medical records.

It should, but I would still be very careful about putting all of my chickens in one basket, if I were a dem, with this president. Past history has been very bad for the dems when playing hardball with this president. They get toasted time and time again when they say there is not proof for something that the president is saying. The cresendo builds until I think that it is terrible then 2 days latter there is proof that Bush is correct.

Honestly, I can't keep up with the list. So, I just excerpt all of my posts. Of course, I get jumped on about it now and again. So what.

I have to agree. As many times as they have fallen into the trap and been burned, the Demorats don't seem capable of resisting the urge to express their hatred of President Bush. It is fun to watch.

Saddam is safe and sound and ...DO YOU PROMISE to disappear back into the depths of HELL if this is found to be patently FALSE?
