For the pro-lifers, women are just baby-receptacles. Rape victims give up their rights one moment past conception. And babies aren't guaranteed the right to be born healthy. Life for the sake of life...

For pro-murderers, a baby is nothing more than an "inconvenience" or a "tumor" or a "mass of tissue", someting to be thrown out with the spoiled food or flushed down the toilet and out of their lives.

And under your system such have the right to die. Sheesh. Do you people think before you speak?

Nobody is guaranteed the right to be born healthy. Or to stay healthy for that matter. I've seen in a different article that the baby is fine and developing normally, and that the woman is in no danger. At this point, the baby could be delivered alive, and live, with no more physical and emotional trauma to the woman than if it were delivered dead. Or does a pregnant rape victim have the right to a dead baby?

Your argument assumes that "pro-lifers" somehow look upon women as being less than men. However, you are discounting the fact that the babies at risk for abortion, and for whom these folks are fighting, are female, too.

Rape victims give up their rights one moment past conception.

Another problem with your argument is that you erroneously assume that giving birth to the baby would be hard, but getting an abortion at 24 weeks would be easy (physically speaking). In fact, an abortion at 24 weeks is just as physically demanding on the woman as labor is, simply because she WILL be giving birth, albeit to a dead baby. Induced labor is very hard on a woman's body, and she will have to go through that whether the baby is alive or dead.

Why is it you so-called "pro-choicers" go Rumplestiltskin whenever a choice is made for a baby to be born alive instead of aborted? Could it be that nothing short of another dead infant would appease the bloodthirsty gods (or should I say goddesses) you worship?

And why is it you can never answer the simple question: If a man commits rape, why should a baby concieved by that act get the death penalty?

There is no right to health. There is however the right not to have your health taken from you by the actions of another. The primary right is not to have your health taken from you by such force as to take your life.

I'm not sure how anyone could guarantee a right to be born healthy. Even if evil men and women acted to kill every child who looked the least bit un-healthy.

(Wouldn't that be interesting - the definition of "healthy enough" to live)

I agree with you. One would get that impressions about many in the 'pro life' camp wouldn't they?
