This is NOT the same case Gov. Jeb Bush became involved in, but is extrememly, eerily similar.

I have suffered through seizures and the medication could be very dangerous to an unborn child but I do believe there are alternatives.

Good on the Gov to get involved.
Scary thing about this is that when (not if) these unborns are snatched from their mother's womb, yet another weight fall on America's balances in judgement.
Can you spell innocent blood?
God ain't happy with that.
I hoped that after 9/11, we as a nation would get right.
Fool that I am.
As a nation, we are wide open, pedal to the metal on the Highway to Hell.

In a brief order issued today, Rothenberg agreed to the abortion and also ordered the 28-year-old woman to undergo a tubal ligation to prevent future pregnancies, reports the Miami Herald. What the hell? So now we don't have to bother about her being raped next time! It won'd inconvenience anyone. How about catching the rapist and have him forcable sterilized? Oh no, that wouldn't be constitutional. Grrrrrrrr.

My God, why are they aborting rather than delivering???? The doctors don't believe there's a danger, why should the guardians, the judge and his or her grandmother ask for an abortion?
At 23 weeks, the intervention of an abortion - even the probable partial birth abortion -is much more dangerous than allowing labor to begin on its own. If there is some reason to begin labor early, there is no reason not to wait for the necessity. Statistically, the safest procedure would be a term delivery. If there are medical complications, a C-section would be safer than artificial dilatation of the cervix and delivering a child, even without the manipulations within the mother's body that will be necessary to ensure a dead child.
Also, if I were the lawyer of the father/rapist, I'd be very interested in the judge's consulting the mother. If the pregnant woman can indicate her preference for "my baby no more," then why couldn't she consent to sex?

My baby no more" the disabled woman reportedly told the judge at the hearing. My Baby no more???? It sounds to me that this poor woman understand what they're planning to do to her poor baby. This doesn't sound like someone requesting an abortion. She knows she has a baby.

"Doctors at Jackson Memorial Hospital scheduled an abortion for last week, reports the Sun-Sentinel, but chose not to perform it because the baby appeared to be developing normally and there was no medical reason to terminate the pregnancy."There you have it. No medical reason to terminate the pregnancy, and yet the woman's mother claims her pregnant daughter is somehow at risk. Hello? Not that this matters. The daughter has obviously been convinced to give her consent to murder.
