Props on any type of water vessel can do this type of damage and more. However, it would be unlikely that only specific extremities would be neatly severed. An entire body would show signs of the propeller cuts as the entire body would more than likely be caught in the rotation. These type of cuts would be very easy to determine.

To play the devil's advocate, it looked like the police were going to pin this on Scott from the beginning, right? If he wasn't guilty, I can see the same thing being done by someone who was fairly certain that they were going to railroad him.

Put it this way, if YOU were the Scott Peterson and were innocent and looking at the mountain of evidence the police were compiling, wouldn't you consider going on the lam?

That all being said, he is as guilty as sin. It is just too much coincidence that he was fishing in the same area that the body was dumped. The cult members followed him there after they had killed his wife and then dumped the body to make Scott look guilty? I ain't buying it.

I say the "unidentifiable source" comes from the Peterson household as disinformation to spread and poisen the jury pool. He mother yaps at the mouth with BS too much, and this little bit of info about organs being removed is there way of putting out that a Satanic Cult killed Laci.

Ditto. It says to me that anyone can say anything to somebody who will report it and no one knows if it is or isn't reliable.

The fact that their is disagreement and conflicting accounts proves that none of us can put absolute trust in much of what we hear about this case.

It appears we will have to wait at least a year to hear sworn testimony.
