Your ignorance is simply astounding. The US Supreme Court told Florida they COULD recount the votes but had to recount ALL the votes - not just those Democratic controlled Districts Al Bore wanted recounted.
It was the Democrats who decided not to recount ALL the votes. One has to wonder why the made that self-defeating decision.
