[history]
For years, U.S. officials along the southwestern border have done a peculiar dance with local ranchers and other residents who, without the government's help, have captured thousands of illegal immigrants from Mexico.
Publicly, authorities have discouraged citizen patrol groups, which civil rights advocates and Mexican officials have accused of being abusive "vigilantes." But in an approach that the critics say encourages vigilantism, U.S. agents routinely accept immigrants caught by such patrols, and return the immigrants to Mexico.

You're suppose to put YOUR added comments in quotation marks. That's not part of the title, is it?

Seems it's time to put up drones from the Border Patrol.

Mexican officials expressed concern that the drone might fly illegally over their country. Maybe if they had half as much concern about their citizens crossing the boarder illegally into our country, I would share their concern about a drone flying illegally over their country.

Could the plane carry machine guns?

Who cares if the Mexicans are "miffed"? Screw them.
Liberals think it's our responsibility to provide them with water stations and shelter...talk about morons.
They are illegal...if they die of thirst or heat or the cold of the desert night then fine.
As you can tell, I'm not a humanist.

Sounds like a good idea with the plane.I saw that thing in action on Lester Holt Live (MSNBC) a few days ago. It's not difficult to catch the invader, and there's no reason why even one of them remains on our soil today.

Drones are a great idea but I wonder how much good they will do when there are so few Border Patrol Agents that can physically arrest and deport the umpteen thousands of aliens that come across our borders daily.

As you can tell, I'm not a humanist.Illegal aliens who meet their demise during the commission of crimes have committed suicide, IMO.

It is worst than you know, here is a little of the politicking behind the scene. By the way, 1500 immigrants pass through S. AZ. Indian reservation each day, the people are overwhelmed by the illegal migrants and drug runners.

Our whole PR policy with Mexico should be changed. We need to condemn Mexico publicly IN THE PRESS for allowing the severe poverty in their nation with no health care for the majority of their population so that they are so poor and desperate they KILL themselves to come here.(Hear that, President Bush???)We need to go on the attack (not literally) and make Mexico look like the bad guy instead of the U.S. (who by the way, treat illegals a lot better than Mexicans do!!!) Mexicans need to stay in their country and have a revolution and overthrow the despots that rule. No one can do it for them. Those American Mexicans in LA RAZA need to go back home and lead the charge to reclaim Mexico for the people.

If this group could go non-profit we could donate to their cause and write it off on our taxes also.......
I would be interested in helping out their cause and showing support in any way possible.
