Is he the one they used to call "Sid the Squid?" A thoroughly repugnant character!

Yes, among many other names -- my personal favorite was "Hillary's Sock Puppet." However, the mental image of her sticking her hand up his ass isn't one I cherish...

I have to say it's a pretentious and boring review--appropriate for Sid Vicious, no doubt.

Shrillary just proves the old adage that after the age of 40 or 50, we tend to get the face we deserve.

"Bad Sid's description of his Senate trial deposition is the best thing in the book. He portrays Rep. Lindsey Graham, the House manager who questioned him, as a befuddled bumpkin, raking his hand through his hair, jiggling his leg, and groping clumsily through his pockets for notes:" Sid resorts to ad hominem attempts to belittle his antagonists, which are totally beside the point. Graham rightly proved that Blumenthal was nothing more than a hired, conscienceless attack dog, when he revealed that Sid was used by Clinton to prepare a smear campaign against Monica Lewinsky, to discredit any future testimony she might give regarding Clinton's sexual predations, and the laws broken on his order to cover it all up. Fraud is fraud, and Sid was a stooge of one of the biggest, most rapacious and blatant frauds in American history. Needless to say, that is nothing anyone sane would be proud of.

Having read the excerpts of Sock Puppet's book (on the soon-to-be-gone salon), it's painfully obvious that Sid bashed Lindsey Graham and sucked up to Jim Rogan because Rogan spoke with him for the book and Graham obviously did not. He couldn't stop *gushing* over Rogan.
I've seen enough of Senator Graham to know that he's not "befuddled" or a "bumpkin" or anything like the way in which Sidney was portraying him.
I also notice that GK (Grassy Knoll, as he was known because of his obsession with oddball conspiracy theories) has a major persecution complex and seems to believe that everyone who hates him (and it's a looooong list) does so either because he's Jewish or an "intellectual" or both. In one of the salon excerpts, he wrote something about how some time after impeachment Mary Bono said something about how Lindsey Graham allegedly liked to make fun of his name. Sheah, right. The King of All Cheap Shot Artists is barking up the wrong tree, trying to smear Graham like that.

The partisan hysteria surrounding Clinton's impeachment created so much mayhem on Capitol Hill that the articles of impeachment never included Clinton's perjury in the Jones case, the one crime we know that Clinton committed. I was always frustrated by the fact that Clinton's perjury in the Jones case wasn't included in the articles of impeachment.
BTW, I've been thinking that Sid looks like that one teacher in the Harry Potter movies.

I was always frustrated by the fact that Clinton's perjury in the Jones case wasn't included in the articles of impeachment.Actually, it was Article #2, which was presented to the full House, but failed.
Article #1 was the grand jury perjury.
Article #2 was the Jones case perjury.
Article #3 was obstruction of justice.
Article #4 was abuse of power, based on his bullclinton answers to the questions submitted by the House Judiciary Committee.

Thanks for clearing that up. I'm comforted by the fact that the only thing future generations will know about a president by the name of Bill Clinton was that he was IMPEACHED. That's all kids will be required to learn for their history tests.

This photo could use a wittier caption than I am able to think of at the moment.

He was on Hannity yesterday. It didn't take long for me to change to music on the radio he made me so sick! Still lying for Clinton's, and bashing Bush.
I wouldn't read his book with someone elses eyes.
