Maybe she is trying to raise her profile so she can run for her old senate seat.

'It is not clear what she is doing.'It's clear to most of us: She's living (well) off her "campaign contributions."

I am sure that the guy who showed up in Iowa to see her announce her candidacy will be disappointed.

Then why is there no black candidate running for governor in Louisiana right now for the Democrats.? Why did Governor Mike Foster (R) smash his Democratic opponents in 1995 and 1999? Cleo Fields (D) and William J. Jefferson (D) were both black.

Meanwhile in Iowa...

Carol and Howard have a big mouth frog contest.

Only the brain dead is all.

The running for office isn't profitable in and of itself, but it usually allows one to increase speaking fees. After all, "Former Presidential Candidate Pat Buchanan" is much more impressive than "Former Host of Crossfire Pat Buchanan."

She's more Braun than brains. The DNC is probably making the lesser candidates an offer that can't refuse so that the big guys can get their message heard.

Nice pic.
That guy has no gravitas.
Too bad. I was enjoying the freak show.
At least three other Democrats, Graham, Kerry and Lieberman, are too boring for TV.

Need to conduct a poll first, to determine which majors the public finds most attractive.

'She has no policies, she has no ideas, and when she does talk there seems to be not much going on upstairs,' says a DNC staffer Wow! We could have told them that. Hey, DNC, there'a a lot of that going around in your candidates.
The hamster is dead in all of them.
To: ewing

'She has no policies, she has no ideas, and when she does talk there seems to be not much going on upstairs,' says a DNC staffer Well, yes, but that didn't stop Al Gore from coming within a couple thousand votes of the Presidency!

According to an online article:
" She split an inheritance from her mother that should have been used to reimburse Medicaid. She also faced allegations that her campaign funds were used for jewelry and expensive clothes, and endured charges of sexual harrassment about her finance manager at the time, Kgosie Matthews."
She was probably only in it to see if she could misuse campaign funds again.
