OOPS! You're right, the keyword wasn't "Hitler", it was "Nazi". My original point still stands, however.

It's a tough and thankless job. In the main, I think al of you do a pretty good job.
To: billhilly
Thanks. That was a kind thing to say.

Only if you want to equate anarchist and libertarian, an equation I reject. I reject it as well; it's way too simplistic. That said, hardcore libertarians like the late Murray Rothbard - a man who essentially invented the movement with his seminal For a New Liberty: The Libertarian Manifesto - was a self-professed "anarchocapitalist." Most of today's self-professed "anarchists," however, don't have a capitalist bone in their bodies.

What a long winded sermon. If this guy is a minister, he puts everyone to sleep.
If he is a recruiter for the LP, he puts everyone to sleep.
Good Zotting, and I'm glad I missed this. I wasted 60 seconds to scan it.

I'm one of the few who don't understand what ZOT is. Translation, anyone? Thanks.
To: gueroloco
ZOT! is from the comic strip B.C., by Johnny Hart. It's the sound effect of lightning hitting someone/something.

It could be summed up in one sentence, really: "Jesus was a libertarian."

'Do onto others as you would have them do onto you'; -- is a very libertarian type statement.
And it also happens to be one of the basic principles of our free republic.

Found by Dirtboy:
Luke 17:24: for as the lightning, when it lighteneth out of the one part under the heaven, shineth unto the other part under heaven; so shall the Son of Man be in his day.
Therefore, ZOT!ting is righteous. 8^)

Yes, that does appear in the article's end. No wonder the Christians
are piling up at the exit doors like Keystone Kops on Fatty Arbuckle.
The merest shimmer of neo-thought could wreck their worldview for good.

I agree it's interesting. It clearly shows how scripture can be taken out of context and twisted to "prove" almost anything. Calypso Louie would be proud.

OK. You decided to **zot** Freeperredux's post because you found what appeared to be anti-christian elements. I can see that (even if there was a degree of misunderstanding).
What I cannot understand, however, is why on earth you banned his account? I need to ask for clarification on several points in his post.
