One Democrat moaned yesterday as he watched the cable news programs replay hours of footage of President Bush on the carrier with audio about Democratic complaints.
'Im watching him get high fived and buzz the tower again,' the Democrat said. 'The White House should have thought of this controversy themselves!'
Democratic questions about Bush's jet landing made the front page of USA Today complete with the 'Fly Boy' photo that will have Mike Deaver smiling.
Along these lines, a Senior Administration Official told the ABC Political Unit 'The more time the President talks about defense and security issues, the more he hurts Democrats and reinforces the public's positive perceptions of the Presdient.'
'Do it again, do it again is our message to Senator Robert Byrd of West Virginia.'
The Democrats are doing things to make their base happy, but alienating the center of the electorate.

Well, I found it. Now I just gotta figure out how to post it. If anyone can find mercy in their heart for someone who is semi-computer literate...

And, how did perky Katie respond to the "NO, he's a STUD!" answer from the pilot??
Somewhere hidden deep beneath her ideology, she HAS to agree with that statement, doesn't she?? I mean she LOOKS female! :o)

Oh, it's doctored, but it's still good. Almost as good as the doctored pic of Dasshole saluting with his left hand.

Where was Byrd when Clinton visited the USS Independent for no particular reason, and received a Navy Flight Jacket and had a photo op, of course.
Bush had a REAL reason: announcing the very successful conclusion of a war and visiting the home coming troops.

President Bill Clinton holds up a U.S. Navy Flight Jacket presented to him by Vice Adm. Archie Clemins (left) on board the U.S. Navy aircraft carrier USS Independence (CV 62) at her homeport of Yokosuka, Japan, on Wednesday, April 17, 1996. The President took time out from his state visit to Japan to meet with the crew of the carrier and to thank them for their role in representing U.S. interests during their deployment off the coast of Taiwan. Clemins is the Commander Naval Forces, Seventh Fleet. DoD photo by Petty Officer 3rd Class Charles D. Popik, U.S. Navy.
President Bill Clinton greets troops and their families at Aviano Air Base, Italy. And isn't he wearing a flight jacket?
But of course contrast that with GW. That's what bothering Democrats.

I'll tell you what I like. That big ole W has embedded itself on the perception of the general public as a strong symbolic representation of our Prez. Truly powerful stuff when you think about it.

Buzz the tower? They just lie about everything, don't they? Howlin, you should know by now that the Rats confuse reality with fiction. You do know that they live somewhere between "fiction and the space between" don't you? : )
To: FairOpinion
"W for WINNER!" Indeed! So far it's proven to be very symbolic of the right stuff!
LOL!

Great photos, and it is driving the GW haters into shrieking frenzies like wounded predators trying scare off the next attack.
